About this property

STUDIO FACE MER MENTON 2 persons

Facing the new port of Menton on the seafront, I rent a studio on the 2nd floor in a secure residence. The 30 m2 studio that I propose includes:
- A terrace overlooking port and old town with table for 4 people and deckchair
- A living room with a sleeping area for 4 (two new sofa beds) and a kitchen area (oven, toaster, electric barbecue, coffee maker, fridge and freezer ...)
- A bathroom with bath and toilet
- An entrance hall with coat racks in which you can leave the two folding bikes that I put at your disposal
Location:
Bus at the bottom of the residence - Gare Garavan 300m - Near Italian border (10min walk along the sea) - 20min walk from the city center (-10min by bike) - 15min walk from the large beach of Sablettes (d 'other small beaches nearby) - shops nearby (bakery, pharmacy, newsagent, pizzerias ...)
Minimum rental 5 days. Housekeeping offered for three weeks rental.
Rates of 55 € per night outside school holidays.

Location is great, There is too much chairs and tables in the apartment. so removing some would make extra spaceBikes are extra benefit, but they need some service, oil in chains and bearings.

Das Appartement hat eine sehr schöne Sicht auf die Altstadt. Die Bilder geben das Apartment genau wieder. Es ist alles da was man braucht. Es ist jedoch nicht der gehobene Komfort! Das Appartement liegt an einer stark befahrenen Straße, die von Italien (Latte) direkt nach Menton führt. ( die Grenze kann man vom Balkon aus sehen) daher ist es auch Nachts doch eher laut. Der Bahnhof Menton Garavan ist ganz nah. Von dort aus kommt man super auch in weitere Orte der Côté dAzur. Fahrräder stehen auch zur Verfügung. Wir haben jedoch alles zu Fuß gemacht. Das Bett könnte noch bequemer sein. Aber sonst war es absolut ok. Wir hatten angenehme 14 Tage dort.

Photos et annonce conforme à la réalité. Vue sur la mer et ville de Menton.Problématique pour le stationnement de la voiture. Immeuble très calme mais route très passagère et bruyante.

Désolée pour le problème de stationnement, car effectivement pendant la fête des citrons, les stationnements sont réquisitionnés pour les autocars et il y a plus de trafic et donc plus de bruit

Schön, aber laut

Der Ablauf des ganzen Prozesses war einwandfrei. Die verantwortlichen Damen haben sich super gekümmert. Das Apartment selbst ist prima. Nicht sehr modern, aber ausreichend ausgestattet. Warum es nur 4 Sterne gibt ist die Geräuschkolisse. Die Straße ist laut und auch der Kühlschrank war sehr laut.

Elle est bien située à proximité des plages et de la rue piétonne du vieux Menton. Il y a une belle vue du balcon sur le port mais malheureusement cette route qui passe au pied de l'immeuble reliant l'Italie à la France est bruyante....

Jolie appartement avec vue magnifique

Nous avons passé une très agréable semaine de vacances familiales dans l'appartement. Très propre et surtout très bien équipé, les plages sont autour de 4 à 7mn à pieds. Nous remercions encore l'accueil et la facilité de communication avec Corine (la Gérante) et Corrinne (la Propriétaire). Nous pensons revenir dès que possible. A bientôt. Famille Olivier
