Enjoy Perdido Sun's Large Private Beach or Swim in the indoor heated pool, outdoor pool or hot tub. The beach is right outside the private balcony so wake up in the mornings and have breakfast while enjoying your fourth-floor beach-front view. When your ready for a stroll on the beach you'll have just a short walk to get there, the beach is literally yards away.

Condo # 404 has everything you need for a relaxing stay. This unit is tastefully decorated with Tile floors, crown molding, and granite counters in kitchen and bathrooms. Very nicely furnished with a 55 inch Roku TV/Blue Ray DVD player in Living area and 32 inch LCD/BLUE RAY DVD player in the bedroom. Also, wireless internet and extended cable television are available and a fully stocked kitchen in case you want to eat-in rather than eat-out.
The king size bed in the master also has a tempurpedic with pillow top mattress that is incredible to sleep on. A sleeper sectional sofa with comfortable mattress for enjoyable nights sleep.
Many wonderful restaurants are within walking distance and even more a short drive from condo.
The lobby and common areas are exceptional and kept immaculate at all times. There is a Fitness Room for those who want to exercise while on vacation. There is a coin operated laundry facility in a room off the lobby for guests to use.
Swimming at the Perdido Sun is year round with an outdoor swimming pool and a very nice heated indoor swimming pool with restrooms and shower facilities. Both pools are gulf front. Because the indoor pool is totally glassed in, you can see the beach while you swim. A friendly and helpful front desk is on site.

Beautiful condo with a view. We saw dolphins every morning from the balcony. The chair rentals on the beach were the best we have ever had and are the best price also! Cannot wait to go back!

My husband and I purchased the condo in 2016 and have fallen in love with Perdido Key, Fl. We love using the condo ourselves and since we cannot be at the condo most of the year, we like sharing it with others via VRBO.

Since I love to cook, you will find the kitchen well stocked with pots, pans, dishes and small appliances. Also, 2 large grocery stores are just minutes away and many great restaurants are in the area. For the nature lover (and fisherman), two parks are close to the condo. Johnson Beach (National Park) is a 1.25 mile walk along the beach heading east from the condo. Big Lagoon State park is on the other side of the bay and has many nice attractions from bird watching to fishing. Paddle boats and canoes are also available for rent at this park.

I am always happy to share what I know about the area and to hear from others about what you find interesting to see and do in the area.
