VACATION in this beautiful and spacious Cape Coral home right on the canal. Drink your morning coffee dockside of the canal of The Caloosahatchee River which leads out to the Gulf of America. We are very close to the mouth of the river that leads out to the Gulf. Great ease for boaters!

Fish off the dock...snook, crab, stingray! Walk or ride the bikes around the quaint Yacht Club neighborhood.

Rest and relax in a private screened-in lanai housing a newly resurfaced freshwater pool while never leaving the views of the canal. Pool lights up for evening swims. Enjoy a few drinks sitting only a few steps out of the pool.

Retreat into a Great Room with an open floor plan to a full gourmet kitchen for the chef at heart! This is our second home. We want others to have the opportunity to love RELAXING in our vacation home! You will be a few waves from the Gulf of Mexico, shopping, and dining. This property has a great location in a quiet neighborhood on a beautiful canal with amazing sunrise views. We loved all of the space for our family and it was very clean. We lived in the Cape for 17 years and wanted to visit, this house was perfectly situated for the week. We had everything we needed and more, we literally felt at home.
