Two bedrooms are on the first floor, one with a queen and the other with 2 singles. There is a full bath on this level. The other 3 bedrooms are on the second floor, master bedroom with queen and master bath, second bedroom with 2 singles and the third with a pyramid bed [twin over a full]. There is also a full bath on this level. The entire third floor is devoted to the living room, dining room. There are decks off the second and third floors with spectacular views.
