Cottage at Lac de Chaumeçon with private pond

Chalet completely renovated on a pretty landscaped park crossed by the Ribaudelle stream and small fishing pond, unique location you will be in the middle of the woods in the middle of nature with no neighbors nearby, absolute calm !!! perfect for couples, families with children.
On the ground floor: -equipped kitchen: oven, hob, microwave, fridge, kettle.
-Bathroom with hip bath, sink, wc and washing machine.
-Living room: living room (sofa), dining room, tv, internet
 - a bedroom with double bed 140X190, chest of drawers

Mezzanine:
 -a sleeping area with a 140x190 bed (not recommended for the elderly)
-a relaxation area with ottoman
 Eight thousand meter enclosed garden with pond:
-shaded square with garden table and chairs
-shade-charcoal barbecue.
-available:
 - 4 kayaks for a walk on the lake (deposit required)
- fishing in the authorized pond (no kill)
Access to the lake:
50 meter from the beach
 50 meter launch for fishing boat
 100 meter wild and quieter "trap" beach by dirt road from the chalet (ideal for fishing and swimming)

In the middle of a beautiful nature, far away from the civilized world in a nice chalet

This nice chalet is rather isolated. You really must love nature and forget a bit culture, although it's possible. But before reaching such places you must drive difficult small roads.

Ein gemütliches Häus in der Natur

Ein kleines aber feines und liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus und das mitten in der Natur. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Einfach nur ein Platz für die pure Erholung.
