The villa with 5 bedrooms, has an outdoor space with a private pool with a beautiful terrace so that our visitors can enjoy a tanned and refreshing vacation. On the large terrace features a solarium area, sitting area with shadows, outside shower with hot water, fridge bar by the pool, barbecue area and dining area.

We have ample space for private parking inside the property, with capacity for several cars.

Very nice stay

We enjoyed Nunos villa a lot. It has all amenities and is very well decorated. The nice pool area is a great place to relax. We will surely come back.

We had a fantastic week at the villa. Very quiet, fully stocked with all you need to cook and eat. Great outdoor area offering sun and shade when needed. Would highly recommend.

BEAUTIFUL TRADITIONAL VILLA

The villa was not what we expected...It was much much more than we expected. A cosy traditional villa in a quite suberb of Altura. The villa was so welcoming from the minute we arrived. It has literally everything you could wish for if you want an away from it all peaceful holiday with friends or family. The pool area is particularly wonderful with an outside bar and fridge freezer and plenty of sitting and eating areas. The supermarket (ALDI) is a 5 minute walk away and so is all the restaurants and beaches which are massive. I can't praise this villa enough...you will not be disappointed. Thank you Marco and and Nuno for letting us stay.

Das Haus ist groß und genau wie beschrieben, es roch alles sehr sauber und war sehr einladend. Teilweise könnten Duschbrausen und co. in den Badezimmern mal erneuert werden, aber wir sind dennoch gut klar gekommen. Wir waren 6 Erwachsene und 5 Kinder und hatten eine wunderbare Zeit mit genug Platz für alle, genug Teller / Besteck / Gläser und Tische & Stühle, um zusammen essen und geniessen zu können. Der Pool ist wunderbar, sehr sauber. Sehr viel Platz, mit vielen Liege- und Rückzugsmöglichkeiten auch im Aussenbereich. Es war ideal für unsere Gruppe und wir sind sehr froh, dass wir es gefunden haben und hier den Urlaub verbringen durften. Ein kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag: ein zusätzlicher Kleiderständer zum Trocknen von KLamotten wäre hilfreich.Ansonsten war genug von allem für alle da!

Umas férias muito agradáveis

A casa é espaçosa, muito bem apetrechada e a localização é perfeita para os nossos gostos: não há barulhos nem agitação tem supermercados próximos e é perto das nossas praias preferidas. Em especial a zona envolvente da piscina (bem cuidada) é muito agradável e pode ser disfrutada por um grupo heterogéneo sem que as pessoas se atropelem, com prazer para todos.

Tudo ótimo. Absolutamente nada a apontar. A Localização é muito boa, e casa extremamente limpa e o Nuno foi um excelente anfitrião. É uma casa fantástica para grupos grandes (cerca de 10 pessoas). Quando voltar a esta zona tentarei reservar de novo esta casa, sem qualquer dúvida.

excellente adresse

la propriété des Miguels est très spacieuse, confortable et très bien équipée. La grande piscine, le salon d'été, la cuisine et son barbecue sont idéaux pour les vacances. L'environnement est très calme et permet également de profiter entre amis des belles soirées d'été sans gêner le voisinage. Une maison qui peut accueuillir avec ses 5 chambres confortables et 3 salles de bains 10 adultes sans problème. Nuno qui vit au-dessus a été à la fois très discret et très accueillant. Nous nous sommes régalés; l'intermarché à 2 mn en voiture assure le confort quotidien. le village est à 5mn en voiture mais nous avons loué vélos et scooters pour faciliter nos déplacements. Seul bémol, les chiens du voisin qui peuvent aboyer parfois. Nous recommandons sans hésitation cette adresse!

Estuvimos una semana con niños y nos ha encantado. La casa es bonita, no le falta un detalle y está muy limpia. Está muy cerca de la carretera con lo cual es rápido el acceso a las playas y al super. El propietario es muy amable y vive justo encima con lo cual es muy cómodo para cualquier necesidad que surja. Muy recomendable

La casa Esta totalmente equipada, no hace falta llevar nada de artículos de cocina.... nada! Todo muy limpio, la casa está muy bien adornada, nos sentimos en nuestro hogar mientras nos quedamos en la quinta de Nuno. La ubicación excelente... a menos de 5min de la playa... con restaurantes y con supermercados muy cerca. La piscina siempre limpia, mientras estuvimos ahí le dieron mantenimiento y limpieza... la casa está como nueva. Quedamos encantados por la calidad d ella casa, por la muy buena ubicación y por las buenas atenciones y recomendaciones de Nuno. Nos vemos pronto Nuno! Fanmilia Salazar y Familia Yigitdöl

Local muito agradável, com bastante sossego. A 2/3 minutos de carro até à praia de Altura. Casa com bastante espaço, com boa piscina exterior. Durante a estadia, os 2 pequenos problemas que tivemos foram prontamente resolvidos pelo Sr. Nuno Miguel. A única coisa apontar é o facto de existir uma pequena casa pegada à casa grande (independente e que também estava alugada durante a nossa estadia), mas que fica no mesmo terreno da casa a alugar. Não nos trouxe constrangimento algum, mas penso que deve estar indicado no site.

Casa fantástica, com tudo o que é preciso para umas boas férias em família numerosa, num sítio sossegado, óptima para descansar, extremamente acessível e perto de tudo. O Sr. Nuno Miguel é muito atencioso e informativo, lidou sempre de uma forma muito séria e é extremamente rápido a responder aos nossos contactos. Repetia a estadia sem hesitar.
