Savannah's BEST location PERIOD!

We are so excited to share our city condo with you! We are glad to welcome you and will provide all of the native insider information to the best of Savannah!

LOCATION:

The condo is in the city center and fully equipped to meet your every need. It also has the charm of a historic building with original hardwood floors, high ceilings, and exposed ductwork all complimenting a spacious, open plan living area.

BEDS:

The condo has a queen bedroom with storage drawers in the bed frame. There are soft, terrycloth robes for you use in the closet . In addition, we have a high quality, deluxe inflatable Queen Mattress. for 2 additional occupants.

The comfortable living area has an open concept kitchen that is fully equipped for long and short term stays. It has a dining table as well as bar seating. Our favorite feature in the living area are the reclining chair and couch - great for rest after long days of walking and exploring one of America's greatest walking cities.

The bathroom is spacious and modern with shower and large vanity and mirror. There are plenty of plush towels.

We also have a nice washer and dryer for your convenience.

The Living area has a Smart TV with wifi access for you to use your favorite streaming services as well as get local flavor with the various channel subscriptions.

There is ample parking surrounding the building that can accommodate various budgets. If you envision wanting a space for your car for long term and corporate rentals, please let us work with you to find the best spot. (We are local and can discuss your plans to determine what works best).

Excellent location
This condo is just as advertised. Cute, clean and convenient. As others have stated, night time noise is an issue but this is to be expected if you want to be in the middle of everything. Pack your earplugs for sleeping and enjoy! Would definitely stay again. Loved Savannah and the condo.

Good location and amenities
Location was ideal overlooking Broughton St, midway between the river and Forsyth Park. There was a fair amount to traffic Sunday when we arrived but far less during the week. Easily walkable to unlimited places to eat or drink and felt very safe. Rental itself was clean, well maintained and nicely finished. Comfortable for a party of 4 (assuming 2 are young enough to sleep on the pullout)

Business in Savannah
Traveled to Savannah on business and stayed here rather than a hotel. This place is so much better than a hotel. It is clean, private and quiet. Great host and fantastic location.

Why they chose this property

Smack dab in the city center! You will be pleasantly surprised just how close you are to everything. You will want to leave your car in a remote lot, because you will never need it.

Parking if needed:
From our unit, unless you want to leave the city center, your car will most likely sit in the garage because you will be able to walk everywhere.

We welcome your questions about the parking options in the city center of the Historic Downtown Savannah district. Unlike hotels and other units in our city center location, we do not tack on extra fees to the nightly price to cover parking. We want to assure you that the unit is in walking distance to most everything in the City Center/Downtown district. In addition, the Chatham Transit Authority runs free shuttles throughout the downtown area. If you do arrive in your car, we have suggestions for many convenient and affordable options in the neighborhood.

Street Parking:
Street parking is free beginning at 8PM until 8AM and all day Sunday. (make sure to look for signs notifying of street cleaning schedule.) We also encourage you to download the free parking app from Park Savannah. (Described later).

Building Parking:
There is no garage attached to the building.

Garage Options:
Closet: Chatham County Courthouse Garage caddy corner to the building,
133 Montgomery Street, Savannah GA 31401 (We use this all the time because it is across the street and always plenty of spaces - enter on MLK Blvd.)

Close and Affordable: Robbie Robinson Garage, 2 blocks south down Jefferson. Look up Robbie Robinson Garage Savannah for address and details. Price maxes out at $17 a day and $5 each for Saturday and Sunday.

Visitor Parking Pass:
The city of Savannah offers a 2 day visitor pass and allows parking in any city garage or lot, parking overtime in limited timezones or at any parking meter with a time limit of one hour or more for a period of 48 hours from purchase. The cost is $24 for 2 days and $15 for a single day.
