This charming one bedroom apartment overlooks River Street, with views of the river. Stay in Savannah's most popular areas, River Street and Bay Street. Guests are just a short walk to every downtown attraction in this comfortable one-bedroom with sleeper sofa. Hop on a trolley tour right across the street or explore Savannah’s historic squares, museums, and attractions.

Head down to Lower Factors Walk, and locate your historic Savannah escape. Upon entering you'll be immediately greeted by hardwood floors, and exposed brick throughout the unit. The open kitchen is fully stocked, and offers all of the modern conveniences one could ask for. Ideal for entertaining your guests, a dining table is just between the living space and kitchen. The living room offers two comfortable sofas, one being a queen size sleeper ideal for children or additional guests.

Open up the patio, and enjoy the breeze off of the river. Have a morning cup of coffee or a intimate home-cooked meal for two over looking River Street. Take advantage of having this amazing amenity; Enjoy watching first Friday fireworks, overlooking the New Year's festivities, or just watching a beautiful sunset.

Moving to the bedroom, a king-size bed is offered with a spacious closet for storing your belongings. Just off of the bedroom, a large bathroom fitted with a soaking tub, walk-in shower, and full-size washer/dryer. A large vanity provides plenty of space to get ready for a day out on the town!

Just steps from bustling Bay Street, restaurants, and shopping of River Street, this home is in the heart of the Historic District. Explore Ellis Square just across Bay Street, where you can tour City Market, enjoy live music, drinks and museums.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay......the hosts were excellent at communicating ahead of time and making sure we had all the info we needed prior to arrival. The unit itself was awesome.....very well laid out, clean, and well equipped. We could enjoy the sights and sounds of River Street from the balcony and then when it was time to retire, the bedroom was quiet and relaxing. Was initially concerned about parking but that turned out not to be an issue.....street spots were usually available and there was a parking garage only a block away if not. We would 100% stay again if we get back to the area.

It was fun to people watch on new years and we had great neighbors that were fun to celebrate new years with. Perfect view of fireworks too!

Wife and I stayed at this loft. It was a great stay. Very open floor plan and just wonderful for a couple. Only complaint is the trees on River St. block the majority of the river from the room we stayed in. I would recommend.

Awesome home away from home

The apartment was in an wonderful location overlooking River Street and the Savannah River. We so enjoyed the cargo ships and tug boats on the river and the activity and amentias on River Street. Savannah is a walkable city and we walked 3 to 5 miles each day. Loved our stay.

Perfect location for a Savannah getaway

It can be a little tricky to find but it's worth the effort. It's a perfect spot with a nice open floor plan, a balcony over looking River St., and a location that's within walking distance of anything you want to do. We will definitely stay there again.
