This is a great family friendly place to stay that really is close to the falls. The walk to the falls was safe and only took about 20 minutes. The rental isn’t fancy, but provided us with everything we needed for the two nights we were there. We enjoyed our time there.

Walking distance to Falls and Clifton Hills. Host was very communicative. Shower is a bit short, if you are a tall guy. But house is on a quiet street. Plenty of comfortable beds. Air conditioning worked great.

If you are looking for a no frills cost effective place to stay when visiting Niagara Falls, this is the place. The property is older, but well taken care of. It has everything a family or group of friends could require. The kitchen is well supplied with utensils etc as is the bathroom. There is one bedroom down and two, up. One bathroom might prove a challenge for a larger group, but for our four it was fine. The house is within easy walking distance of the Clifton Hill activities and the Falls. We walked to the Falls several times including for the fireworks and lights. Victoria St, which is also nearby, has many restaurants and shops. The casinos are within walking distance, but a bit of a hike. Overall an enjoyable stay and we would return.

Our host was extremely helpful and responsive. House was in a great location and had everything we needed. The only downside, and this is a small one depending on your preference, is that the house is old. It has small doorways, uneven floors, oddly placed light switches, and the occasional bug. If you can handle all that this is a great deal for the perfect location. Walkable to Clifton Hill but not right in the middle of the hustle and bustle. Our party had mixed reviews on the beds - great for shorter people like myself and my daughter, but not so much for the larger ones like my son and husband (around 6 feet). The bathroom was clean, shower was plenty hot with good water pressure. We had lots of space to ourselves when we needed to recharge and cool off in between sightseeing activities. No complaints here, thank you!!

We had a great time during our stay. The 4 bedrooms were perfect for our group of four guys on a mini golf trip. The location was ideal, just a short walk to downtown. Great weekend stay

The property is just as expected on the listing. It's a no frills stay that is centrally located near Clifton Hills which makes a weekend stay very convenient. The host is very easy to reach and the check-in was a breeze!

Easy Access to All Activities

This location is a quick walk to Clifton Hill. You can easily catch the WEGO to get to all attractions from here. The house is clean, but dated. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host is responsive, but not intrusive. Great value, especially if you have a large group.
