We loved our stay. The location was great for the activities we had planned. You can even see the nightly fireworks from the upstairs bedroom window. Brendan was great at communicating. Clear check in and check out instructions and he even touched bases during our stay. House was as listed, clean, nice furniture and comfortable beds. We would highly recommend this lodging if in the area.

Great quiet safe location with close walking distance to Clifton Hill and to the Niagara Falls viewing area. House description was exactly described in posting. Clean and comfortable.

What a gem! This was a wonderful find for our family jaunt in the Niagara area! In spite of its close proximity to the crazy strip and the Falls, it was a nice quiet low key neighborhood so the light sleepers in our party were rejoicing. The apartment was clean and came with a RabbitAir air purifier (this is a good one!), top of the line tech for streaming movies, a roomy comfy living room where our family lounged around after dinner to play games, the host even provided a basket of snacks (Lays Ketchup chips!!) for our kids, the dining room was also spacious with seating for 8 people (we ordered in one night). The Kitchen had all the cooking tools, pots, pans, bowls you needed to whip up a feast -- also provided K cup coffee, microwave, toaster and a thing of cold water for your thirsty souls. Bedrooms were all located on 2nd floor and sheets were clean and smelled good. Mattress was comfortable as were pillows. If you have more than 3 people, you will really need to time and manage bathroom use since there is only one bathroom. Great communication with host, check in a breeze. One of my best experiences with VRBO.

This was an incredible overall stay. The home was very cozy and clean. Very comfortable with all the amenities you could want. It is perfectly located in a really nice quiet neighborhood and only a short walk to the falls and Clifton hill. The property owner is great, everything is laid out nicely and instructions for all aspects of the home. Communication was fantastic. I absolutely loved the stay here. The only complaint if I could even find one was the shower, the hot and cold are backwards. I got a very good chuckle from that. Other than that, this place is perfect. I will definitely be using this again on my next stay!
