What a lovely home! Super-clean and quiet, delightfully cool after a hot day on Clifton Hill. Beds were comfortable, and two bathrooms was a plus. The kitchen had everything we needed as well. Friendly, warm host. We recommend!

Everything was immaculate. The beds were comfortable and the accommodations overall were quite good. The hostess was so nice and checked in with us to make sure everything was going well. It is very close to the WeGo bus, so very conveniently located. We really enjoyed our stay!

Very clean. Nice location. Easy access to pubic WeGo.(busses... highly recommend) If stairs are a problem you don't want the second floor apartment.Listed as 2 showers but second floor apartment only has 1 on main floor....just a bathtub on the second.The owners were there to greet us upon arrival.. nice touch

Our stay was excellent! This is our second time being hosted by Larissa. We will definitely be back. We are close enough to downtown and all the shops and restaurants. It took us about 40min to walk to downtown and 12mins on a bike.Our accommodations were clean and comfortable. So many little extras that Larissa went to the trouble to provide. Bring a face cloth for yourself is my only recommendation.

The property was very clean and ideally located at a quiet area but very near to where the attractions are. Larissa is very friendly and helpful. We will surely stay at her place again if we ever get to be at Niagara Falls. Highly recommended.

The apartment was well furnished and very clean. I enjoyed the fact that it was 2 blocks from the city bus stop, which made it so convenient to get where we needed to go. A great stay!

Owner is very friendly and waited us to arrive until midnight 1 o'clock the first day, and also helped us to print off our parking ticket for next day. Bottle water provided and owner also introduced many sightseeing places to us. Very comfortable place to stay for a family and strongly recommended 👌

Clean,peaceful,close to everything

Property was very clean and had everything we needed. Neighborhood quiet and close to several main attractions and bus stop. Nice porch to have coffee on in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening. The host,Larissa, was very friendly and polite.

The apartment worked well for my family; we were in town for a family wedding so we didn’t spend much time there. It was clean and the beds were comfy. Kitchen seemed well-equipped, though we didn’t make any meals there. One thing to note is that the there no door for the loft bedroom so it can be quite loud if others are still gathered in the living room. Also, there is only one parking spot available, not two as the listing says, but we were able to park on the grass near the driveway. The location was great with easy access to the Niagara Parkway.

Perfect place for a family

We stayed 2 nights and everything was lovely. We enjoyed having 3 bedrooms that allowed us to spread out and everyone to have their own space, the house was extremely well equipped with everything we could have needed, and it was so close to the falls. Thank you Larissa!
