Private Cottage Close to all things Equestrian
About this space
Private Guest cottage on tropical 5 acres close to all Wellington equestrian events. 20 minutes to downtown West Palm shopping, beach. Sleeps 6 w/2 bedroom &Queen sleeper sofa. Kitchenette, WIFI, everything you need. Access to shared pool. Very quiet, private yet minute to the shows and Wellington restaurants. The only thing we do not have is a stove but guests can use BBQ, electric griddle, hot plate, microwave, toaster oven, crock pot, NEW! Air Fryer! We are on septic and well water.
The space
Cozy and comfortable 2 bedroom guest cottage with Queen sleep sofa. Room for 6. Full bath with shower. Kitchenette. Just 5 miles to Polo, WEF and Global Dressage venues.
Guest access
Guest can use the shared Pool. Pool is not heated. BBQ is available as well.
Barn houses my horses. Do not access to barn unattended by host please.
Other things to note
NO Oven in guest house but we do have microwave, hot plate, griddle, toaster, air fryer.
No parties.
No additional guests not on reservation.
No Smoking cigarettes, weed or vaping at all inside.
No pets allowed as they may not get along with mine or get kicked/bit by horses. I have plenty on premises for you to enjoy.
