Cabourg holiday home.

Well located property for the beach/town and restaurants. Would have been a quiet location if it had not been for partying neighbours. Property was well stocked for everything needed for a self catering holiday but unfortunately the distribution of these items was somewhat chaotic; we had to clear a cupboard for our food items. The property could have been better presented for renters; it is obviously used by the owners as a holiday home for themselves. There is parking on the the plot, however, there is very little room to get past a parked car on the drive. Overall, we would return if some of the above issues were addressed.

Super vacances séjour agréable comme l’an dernier.

Les enfants ont pu bénéficier des promenades à cheval, faire du tennis de la piscine même de l’accrobranche. Le temps pas très beau….A une autre fois peut-être. Merci Aurélia. Danielle BRY PS ils ont également aimé les 1/2 journées au club

Location très bien située, au calme et à proximité de la plage et du centre ville. Fonctionnelle, il vous suffit de poser vos valises. Beaucoup de matériel de plage et de jeux à disposition des enfants. Possibilité de faire du vélo.

Maison bien située mais très petite

Nous avons séjourné en famille 3 jours en novembre. Les plus : - propriétaire aux petits soins très soucieuse que tout se passe bien - accueil bien organisé et sympathique - proche de la plage - beaucoup de jeux pour les enfants Les moins : - la maison est vraiment petite, et ce n'est indiqué nulle part dans l'annonce. Ca doit faire 50m2, il faut pousser la table pour pouvoir circuler dans la pièce de vie, le coin cuisine est tout petit (comme dans un appartement au ski). Par ailleurs, la maison n'est pas très lumineuse contrairement à ce qui est indiqué. Notamment, il n'y a aucune lumière au dessus du coin cuisine (celle de la hotte ne fonctionnant pas), quand il fait nuit dehors on voit vraiment mal. - Il est dommage de ne pas donner accès au parking, ce n'est pas dramatique mais ce n'est pas très pratique quand on arrive / repart de faire des aller-retours avec l'extérieur de la résidence. Nous n'avons pas passé un mauvais séjour, et les propriétaires sont très soigneux et arrangeants, mais la petite taille de la maison devrait être mentionnée dans l'annonce. Ca fait cher pour la surface du coup.

Wünschenswerte Änderungen zum Wohlfühlen

Der Empfang und die Betreuung durch den Concierge Frédéric Gaspin war sehr gut. Es waren zu viele persönliche Sachen der Besitzer in den Schränken, auch alte Lebensmittel im Kühlschrank und in den Schränken. Wünschenswert: Stühle in den Schlafzimmern und ein Kleiderschrank im Kinderzimmer.

De merveilleuses vacances

Nous avons passé 3 magnifiques journées à Cabourg dans cette charmante maison. Nous étions 3. L'accueil de Fréderic est au TOP et rien ne manque dans cette jolie petite maison. Egalement beaucoup de souplesse dans les horaires. Une situation proche de la plage et non loin du centre qui est idéale. En conclusion, nous avons adoré !!!

Très bel endroit. Nous avons apprécié d'être à quelques mètres de la plage et des restaurants. On aurait aimé pouvoir louer un parking dans la résidence. Les enfants ont apprécié la chambre au dessus du garage.

Bien situé proche mer

Cottage accueillant à 2 minutes à pied de la plage. Une chambre lit double. Une chambre enfant avec lits superposés; plein de jouets et livres à disposition pour enfants 4 à 12ans. La troisième chambre est au dessus du garage, sans toilettes sans sdb. Pas pratique. Ce cottage est globalement confortable pour un week-end prolongé à côté de la mer.

Petit séjour en bord de mer au calme

L'annonce décrit avec précision l'hébergement. Le bord de mer et la plage sont a proximité a pied et le centre ville est très facile d'accès également a pied. Le cottage est presque en fond d'impasse ( très peu de passage ). Il y a une petite terrasse privative orientée soleil levant. Le petit plus : plusieurs vélos sont a disposition ce qui nous a permis de faire de belles ballades ( les voies vélos sont au pied de la résidence ,). La propriétaire a été arrangeante sur notre heure d'arrivée ce que nous avons apprécié.

Séjour très agréable.

Location au calme, très fonctionnelle et très bien équipée. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la terrasse et les vélos et la chambre d’enfants oû mon petit fils a trouvé les mêmes jeux que chez lui!
