The apartment is newly renovated and is in walking distance to Ponce City Market, Piedmont Park, and the Beltline, coffee shops, restaurants, grocery stores and other services, and a short drive to many other attractions. Walk Score of 84 (Very Walkable) so everything is nearby. We have lived and worked in Midtown for many years and look forward to sharing it with you.

This sophisticated two bedroom apartment is very comfortable and completely renovated in December 2019. It has ample free on street parking, and a fully equipped kitchen that is complete with all you need to cook and serve gourmet meals. The kitchen includes some ingredient basics and a coffee maker and tea kettle. Each bedroom has a nice queen bed, dresser and large closet. Each bathroom is fully stocked with plush towels and personal care products, and has a full sized tub/shower with grab bars. The space has unlimited high speed Google Fiber wifi, flat screen TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime and is about 1200 square feet. The unit is business ready. Very private, quiet, safe and secure location for travelers. The street, walkway and entrance are well lit at night, and your hosts live right next door.

The Maisonette is in the heart of the Historic Midtown Garden District of Atlanta, developed between 1895 and 1920. The street is filled with charming bungalows built in the early 1900's. Every imaginable retail, restaurant and cultural attraction is nearby. Our quiet residential neighborhood is in the heart of the heart of the city. It is among the few areas in Atlanta where you can easily walk places. Lyft and Uber readily available. Rentable electric scooters. available everywhere in the neighborhood.

Piedmont Park is a great getaway, and we are an easy walk to the Atlanta Botanical Garden, Trader Joe's, Mellow Mushroom, Metrofresh, Apres Diem, 8-plex movie theater, etc.; 5 blocks from Caribou Coffee and Flying Biscuit; 6 blocks from Ponce City Market, Whole Foods, Home Depot, Petsmart, Staples, Eats, Walgreens, Publix, etc.; 5 blocks from North Avenue MARTA station or 10th Street MARTA; 5 blocks from Peachtree Street (Fox Theater, Vortex, coffee shops, many professional offices, etc.); 9 blocks from Colony Square; a mile to the High Museum and Georgia Tech; 1+ miles from Downtown and AmericasMart, Georgia State, Georgia Aquarium, Centennial Olympic Park, Philips Arena, Georgia Dome, World Congress Center, Martin Luther King, Jr., Historical District, Carter Center; 2 miles from Krog Street Market.
