You will have a pleasant stay in a well distributed apartment, a living room for 4 people with a convertible sofa with modern equipment. A sleeping area with a double bed. The living room is equipped with a table for six people, the space is reasonable, the room gives access to a terrace equipped with a garden furniture and a ceramic table for six people, a sun visor will protect you from the sun . A 53m² lawned garden will welcome children and small animals.
The bathroom is fitted with a two-person walk-in shower. in this room you will find a 7 kg washing machine.

Ruhig und sicher mitten in Antibes

Tolles Apartment, super sauber und mit allem Comfort. Perfekte Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Bäcker und Supermarkt zu Fuß ca. 150m. Fußweg in die Altstadt ca. 15min. Alles perfekt, wir kommen wieder.

Schönes Appartement in guter Lage

Wir haben im Appartement von Roberto eine schöne Urlaubswoche verbracht. Es ist alles an Ausstattung vorhanden. Auf der Terrasse kann man sehr schön und ruhig sitzen. Das Auto stand schattig und sicher in der Garage. Bis zum Bus, Bahnhof, Supermarkt und Bäcker sind es nur max. 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Auch der Hafen und das Zentrum sind zu Fuß schnell erreicht. Wir würden das Appartement jederzeit wieder auswählen.

Roberto ist ein sehr sympathischer Vermieter. Die Kommunikation war klasse. Das Objekt ist sehr sauber. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Es fehlt an nichts. Die Lage und der Garten des Objekts sind sehr gut. Es gab keinerlei Probleme. Wenn wir das nächste mal in die schöne Stadt Antibes möchten, würden wir gern wieder das Objekt von Roberto anmieten.

Appartement très bien équipé, idéalement placé : gare sncf, gare routière à 10 min à pieds. Au calme, il est proche de tout commerce. De plus Roberto est disponible, très serviable et efficace. Nous recommandons sans hésiter cet appartement aménagé avec goût.

rien ne manque !! beaucoup de rangements !! tout est propre et neufs jolis jardin très agréable !! copropriété calme mais perturbés par le passage des trains ce qui n est pas trop ennuyeux mais le passage des avions qui atterrissent à Nice est plus génant !! mais la nuit reste calme ! trés bon acceuil de Roberto !! je recommende ce studio !!

Petit séjour à Antibes

De passage quelques jours à Antibes, nous avons eu un coup de cœur pour l' appartement de Roberto et son joli jardin arboré. Arrivées sur place, nous n'avons pas été déçues. D' autant plus que la ville d' Antibes est charmante et chargée d' histoire. L' appartement est très bien équipé et Roberto est réactif et fiable.

Merci aux propriétaires de mettre ce bien à la dispositions des vacanciers! Nous y avons passé un agréable séjour, le studio est impeccable, les propriétaires mettent tout à la disposition des locataires (comme à la maison!), avec cette chaleur nous avons apprécié l'air conditionné également. Il y a aussi de petits commerces à proximité... Bref nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances et si nous retournons à Antibes nous relouerons ce bien.
