Our house used to be part of a big farm built in the XVIII century . It is now located in a peaceful street, hidden by trees and flowers of a 1200 square meters garden, 300 meters from thé beach

The house has 2 levels:
- on ground floor , you have a living room with a US kitchen with access to a sunny terrace, 2 bedrooms, a laundry , bathroom and separated toilets
- on first floor : 2 more bedrooms and a bathroom with toilets
Equipments for babies availaible

The house is equipped to welcome maximum 4 adults (ground floor bedrooms) and maximum 4 children upstairs

Un très bon séjour près de la mer

La maison est agréable, le grand jardin apprécié des enfants. La proximité de la mer super, la plage, chemin côtier accessible en 5mn à pieds. La maison est bien équipée, lingerie, une cuisine avec les essentiels, linge de lit et de toilette très bien.

Chouettes vacances

Chouettes vacances avec nos 3 loulous (12,10 et 5 ans). La maison est magnifique d'extérieur, une terrasse à l'abri des regards et un grand jardin. Nous n'avons manqué de rien, literie confortable, spacieuse. Petit bémol le frigo, il ne ferme pas bien et la nourriture glace. L'emplacement était idéal à 300 mètres de la jolie plage de Cap Coz et du GR34. Sans oublier la super aire de jeux pour les enfants. Très bon contact avec Anthony, le propriétaire. Des produits locaux nous attendaient à l'arrivée. Agréable surprise. Nous avons passé deux belles semaines. La côte est magnifique : les caraïbes revigorants. Le soleil était au rdv, c'était parfait !

Das Haus hat eine gute Lage, ruhig und in Nähe zum Strand. Der Besitzer hat uns empfangen und alles gut erklärt. Die unteren Zimmer sind hübsch eingerichtet, doch die Badezimmer müssten überholt werden.

Fantastic spot in Brittany

What a lovely house and especially the garden is a real treasure with a private terrace! We enjoyed every minute and any guest can look forward to a well equipped and maintained house in a nice neighborhood close to the sea. Anthony our host gave us a warm welcome and lots of good hints for our stay and made us feel at home. We would definitely come again. There is still so much to discover.
