Quiet in a small street, very close to the beach and forest, wooded environment, single-storey house for 8 people large living room with high-end convertible sofa slatted base with real mattress, insert fireplace leading to covered terrace, equipped kitchen (washing machine , dishwasher, hob, extractor hood, pyrolysis oven, fridge / freezer ....), 3 bedrooms with dressing room, double bed 140 x 190 mattress covers, 1 bathroom with walk-in shower, 1 separate toilet with window. Reversible climate control. Enclosed garden not overlooked with trees. Parking spaces in the garden.
Charcoal barbecue. Loungers. Beach umbrella. Outdoor table with 2 benches, 2 chairs.

Arrivals and outings in July and August are only on SUNDAY to avoid traffic jams.

Chaucre ou chancre

Logement humide et pas très propre. Assiette cassée, verre et tasse sale dans les placards. Le lave vaisselle ne nettoie pas. Instruments de nettoyage pas adapté etc… Lors d’un orage dans la nuit fuite d’eau importante sur le litre qui à obligé les occupants à évacuer la chambre. Seul point positif la proximité de la plage.

Très bien placé

La maison est bon état, elle est à 2 pas de la mer. Les équipements sont très bien. Le service conciergerie est top, aimable, sérieux.

Proche plage

Petite maison idéalement située (5 minutes à pieds de la plage) qui a ravi petits et grands. Un séjour agréable en famille. Nous recommandons cette location.
