We had an amazing stay. This place is beautiful and so serene. We saw so much wildlife and the location was perfect to pretty much everything we wanted to do. Keith was incredibly kind and got back to us right away when we reached out!! This place had everything, which helped with unpacking because I tend to bring everything!! For those who appreciate good knives when prepping food… they had them!! We will definitely be back and will recommend highly to others.

Great Glamping get away

My Wife and I had a great time! It is a really nice, private spot along the river. The camper is nice and the amenities with wifi, Roku, and Alexa we bonuses! The screened in area was awesome! It kept the bugs away from us.

Best Campsite Ever

Perfectly supplied campsite. All the fun of camping without the roughing part. Private and relaxing but not too far from town. This host has thought of everything. We stayed for four days and wished it was longer. We used it a base to explore the Keweenaw Penisula and the Porcupine Mountains.

Awesome secluded getaway

This property is amazing. The grounds are well maintained and very organized with so many little touches! Screened porch with a little fridge, indoor and outdoor games, a dock for fishing, picnic tables, Alexa with Amazon music, lots of space for friends. The camper was very well stocked and super clean. Being on the river was great. We saw eagles and sand hill cranes. Very private setting. The kitchen even had an air fryer and a presto pizza cooker.

Great Ontonagon Riverfront Property

My wife Linda and I stayed at Keith's property July 1 - 8, 2023. We vacation quite a bit in the Upper Peninsula, it was first visit in this area for a long time We were mainly there to hike around the area, in the Porcupine mountains and Keweenaw Peninsula and discover the surrounding waterfalls. We also fished off the dock on the property, caught a several different species. We were surprised to catch several small sturgeons. I did speak to a MDNR fisheries biologist about this and he informed me of their fish planting the past several years. The trailer and property were neat and clean. The area was very quiet even during the days around the 4th of July. The first night of the full moon we heard the local coyotes howling. There were deer, turkeys, turtles, otters, eagles, and other bird species also around. The town of Ontonagon was close, there was well stocked grocery store and other businesses close. The Olde Swing Bridge Roasters was a great spot for coffee/coffee drinks. There is also a very good marina in town if you were to bring your own boat. I would wholeheartedly recommend Keith's river front property if you plan on visting the area.

Top Notch!

I can’t say enough about this property! Spotless camper, with plenty of room. The property is definitely private and SO relaxing! The camper itself is well stocked with everything you could possibly need, the owners thought of everything! Keith made the check in and check out process so easy, and he was very communicative throughout our stay. Our dog loved just hanging out in the yard with plenty of room to run around. We had such a great time and we would definitely stay here again!

Gorgeous, Peaceful River Property

If you love campfires, beautiful river waterfront, well-appointed accommodations, incredible privacy, outsmarting mosquitos, fishing gear availability, starry nights and fireflies, seeing Aurora Borealis reflect on the river, a beautiful camper with so much comfort (and air conditioning!) ...Then youve hit the jackpot here! The screen-building by the river with a cool, retro, red fridge is not only fun but a savior from sun and mosquitos... the "Michigan state bird" at various times of the summer. The lovely river breeze comes right through... and the sling chairs are plentiful and comfy. Its the perfect place for board games, cards, and the meal prepared over the fire or in the camper kitchen. Also, it's a great way to be outside during a refreshing rain. Everything you could need for your vacation is here.. even firewood - large bundles very reasonably priced! It's perfect if you love everything about camping... and yet crave peaceful privacy and all the comforts and conveniences of home. The property and frontage are extremely expansive, with views that are stunning. It is perfect for familes - there are two other camper hookups. Or old friends, couples... bridal or groomsmen parties even! We loved it, my friend and I. We must have said how wonderful, peaceful, and beautiful it was 30 times per day! The hosts were just wonderful! Very kind and helpful above and beyond. I hope so much to be back again and again.Book it, you'll love it!

So Peaceful

Perhaps the most private rental property I have ever stayed at. Never heard another living soul the entire time I was there. From someone who lives in major city, this was heaven on earth. Yet, the town & market were less only 5 minutes down the road, so incredibly convenient. Fantastic place to just get away from it all.

We were meeting friends from around the states and this was a great spot for a large group. Exactly as described in a very private location. We had 18 people in our group, a 35 ft fifth wheel, 4 tents and a pop up. Plenty of space for everyone

Wonderful stay!

This was a great way to conclude our family road trip of touring some highlights of Michigan. The campsite was everything we imagined, plus more. Keith was a great host and the setup had everything we needed. The private location was topnotch and close to the Porcupine Mountains. Wish we could have stayed longer! Definitely recommend staying here!

A beautiful long weekend

We stay here every summer and will continue. This private campground is perfect for our family. We fished off the dock, played yard games, board games in the screen porch, sat around the fire, and roasted marshmallows. Our kids are worn out after a long weekend of camping and adventures in the Porcupine Mountains. Thanks for a wonderful stay!
