This 6th-floor Majestic Sun 605A vacation rental condo in Miramar Beach, FL, at Seascape Resort showcases panoramic views of the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. This stunning beach condo offers 2 spacious bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and a large living area with magnificent floor-to-ceiling windows. With this rental, you are provided with two beach chairs and an umbrella in your condo that you can take to the beach, in lieu of spending $40 a day using the local beach service operator. For added convenience, our office is on-site, on the ground floor of the B building in Majestic Sun should you need anything. This condo is perfect for a family trip to the coast or a beach getaway with friends.


Upon entering this 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom vacation rental in Destin, you'll find a spacious and fully equipped kitchen with everything you would need for a home-cooked meal, plenty of counter space, and a pantry for storage. Enjoy your meals at the dining table with the beautiful views the Emerald Coast has to offer. Along with comfort, the living area provides an HDTV, queen-size sleeper sofa, views of the Gulf, and a sliding glass door that leads to a private balcony with full views of the beach. Wake up and enjoy your morning coffee while taking in the beautiful sights of the sugar white sands and summer breeze from your private balcony. The master suite offers a king-sized bed, an HDTV, and a private bathroom. The second bedroom has two full beds, an HDTV, and an attached bath. This condo conveniently has a washer and dryer in the unit and sleeps up to 8.


At Majestic Sun, you can spend your days indulging in several amenities, including an indoor pool (heated in winter), outdoor pool, two hot tubs, Gulf Gulf-facing fitness center, & more. With easy beach access, you can simply stroll across the street to the beach & lounge on the sugar white sands or try some fresh seafood at The Whale's Tail Beach Bar & Grill, a local favorite. Majestic Sun is part of the Seascape Beach Resort & is centrally located within minutes of a beautiful 18-hole golf course, Seascape Towne Centre, Destin Commons, Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Grand Boulevard, Parasailing, Waverunner Rentals, Kayak rentals, & more!


We also offer golf cart rentals at a discounted rate to our guests and must be reserved for the entire length of your stay during the peak season (Spring Break/Summer), and the off-season must be rented for a 3-night minimum.


*Parking Passes - One pass for 1-2 bedroom units, two passes for 3 bedrooms. Additional passes available for a fee.

NO SMOKING – Majestic Sun is a smoke-free environment with smoking, vaping, and chewing tobacco prohibited in all common areas, including the garage, walkways, pools, spa, and pool decks. The experience with he owner was great, any time I had to contact them , thery replied in a very timely manner & was very helpful! The Condo location is perfect! You see the ocean as you walk in the door! Gorgeous view! Great location close to some things without being right in the middle of everything. We enjoyed the pool really nice area , with a indoor/outdoor pool , kids pool & hot tub area. Nice condo, only thing that I could really say negative about, was the area rug in the living room looked old/dirty looking. All in all , very nice & we we're all well pleased. There was 7 of us all together and it accommodated us well as far as sleeping arrangements & such!

We were called by Todd at 1pm on arrival day to say we could check-in early which was so nice! We enjoyed the condo so much we only left once only because we had to. First class condo and also EXTREMELY clean! We will return next year!

Best vacation ever!

We've been to Destin several times, and this is the perfect place to stay on Miramar Beach! It's view is beautiful and access to the beach is great. The indoor/outdoor pool is nice and cool. Our room was exactly as portrayed; clean, furnished with all the essentials, etc. We texted Todd several times and he always replied very quickly with answers. Great place to be! We'll definitely go back!!

We enjoyed our stay! Perfect place for us and our two kids, 2 and 4. Very clean. My daughter left her special bunny she slept with since birth, and the owner drove to this unit, got the bunny and put it in the mail to us. Wow! Couldn't have asked for better stay or service! My husband and I enjoyed our coffee every morning on the deck listening the ocean and breathing in the ocean air. All of us made comments the beds were comfortable. We rented a golf cart with the discount that helped. We used it so much. Lots of great places to eat that you can drive the LSV around the area. I would highly suggest to rent one. Lots of activities to do around the area. The coffee table and couch should be updated. Not sure why there was no bedside table lights in the master bedroom. Make sure to check all closets for the all amenities. But overall it was a great place to stay.

Great experience. Building is overall well managed, considering the constant sand and water they have to deal with. Unit is clean and as described, plenty of space for our family. Air condition worked great when we needed to cool off. The kitchen was well equipped with pots, pans, flatware, etc. I would recommend.
