Ideally located across from the beach of “La Péguière”, this 43 m² south-west-facing apartment is on the 1st floor of a secure residence ("Le Privilège") with a pool and private garage.
The apartment includes:
- A bright living room with two comfortable sofas, ceiling fans, air conditioning, a large-screen TV, and direct access to a terrace overlooking the pool.
- A fully equipped separate kitchen: ceramic hob, pyrolysis oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, and more.
- A bedroom with a 160 cm double bed (or two 80 cm singles), ceiling fan, large wardrobe, chest of drawers, and TV.
- A modern bathroom with a walk-in shower, washing machine, and heated towel rail.
- Separate toilet.

- Bed linen and towels provided (beds made on arrival)
