Don't let the size fool you! Bijou is packed with everything you need. This charming upscale cottage has 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The 1st bedroom has a queen bed and private bathroom with a beautiful porcelain claw foot tub. The 2nd bedroom has a full bed and an attached bathroom with oversized shower. The fully stocked kitchen features a gas range plus a large island that opens into the comfortable and charming coastal style living room. Take advantage of grocery delivery from the Publix grocery store at WaterColor!

Enjoy the sunrise on the covered front porch or relax with a book on the screened-in back porch. The backyard has just undergone an amazing makeover that now includes a beautiful pergola to sit under and relax. It also includes a gas grill, cornhole and extra lawn chairs. During the spring months enjoy the intensely fragrant Jasmine vines, one of 30A's most prolific and favorite vines.

Enjoy the ultimate convenience - just a short walk or bike ride away, you'll find beach parking, public beach access, and the Gulf of Mexico awaiting your arrival! No need to worry about private beach restrictions here - public beach access promises endless days of seaside splendor. 30A offers miles of biking paths and hiking trails plus kayaking and paddle boarding on its beautiful coastal dune lakes.

An initial Benchmark signature box of amenities is provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, 1 pack of kitchen wipes and liners for each trashcan plus 2 washing machine pods. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of facial and bath soaps/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom.

The backyard is an oasis and a quiet place to unwind underneath the pergola after a day on the beach. Bijou is tucked back in a quiet area of Seagrove Beach and is just a short bike ride away from the Seaside square. If you are looking for a couple or family getaway, Bijou is a no brainer.

Very Cute and Clean

We loved our stay at Bijou by the sea. It was myself my husband and our daughter who turned 2 on our trip! The house was perfect and we loved it! It was a bit of a walk to the beach so we ended up taking an uber since we had the toddler but if it had just been my husband and I it would not have been bad. Very close to shopping and great places to eat. We really enjoyed our stay!
