This is perfect spot on the beach especially if you have children. Easily enter the beach, short distance from the room to the beach, easy loading and unloading, convenient pool access, convenient spot on 30A.

Great location. Building and unit are a bit old and could use some spiffing up. A few minor things in the unit could use some TLC. Providing a welcome basket or a few coffee pods for tenants to enjoy and get started with would go a long way to enhance hospitality. As well as replacing a few of the flat bed pillows. Overall a decent place to stay right on the beach.

Great views, clean property. Friendly. Everything was great. My only complaint, and it’s really not fair to call it a complaint bc everyone has their own preference was the pillows. Bit small. Kinda flat. Other than that 100/100. We would gladly come back.

The condo looks as beautiful as it does in the pictures. The beds are very comfortable, and the view is amazing. Will stay here again.

Everything was great but I’d encourage the property manager to adopt a recycling policy. And perhaps a policy where items visitors didn’t use could donate in order to reduce waste.

Great location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our Christmas holiday at this beautiful condominium. The heated pool was a nice surprise because we were able to swim on Christmas Day. The condominium was stocked with everything we needed and the master bed was extremely comfortable.

My real complaint is with the common areas of the property. The parking lot has a flooding problem. The stairwells are filthy, full of mud and water and debris. Unusable at times. The entry way to the pool etc. was ok but not great. Dingy. Need sprucing up.

Great place

The condo was excellent with every amenity we could have wanted. The property was great with a heated pool which is bigger that it appears in the pictures. Staff onsite were very helpful. Beach was beautiful and not crowded. Beach service was a nice perk. Lots of food and convenience stores walkable. Loved it.

End of summer getaway
