Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are glad you enjoyed the convenient location and easy access to the beach and Seaside, but we sincerely apologize that the cleanliness concerns and communication issues impacted your stay. We understand how disappointing it must have been to encounter concerns with cleanliness. We are especially sorry that the follow-up regarding the curtain did not meet your expectations and that the item left outside your door was not the correct one. We recognize how frustrating it is when the resolution provided does not address the original concern, and we regret the additional stress this caused during your vacation. Following your stay, our team issued a partial refund in recognition of the issues you experienced. However, we understand that compensation does not undo the frustration of having these concerns during your time away. Your feedback is important to us, and we appreciate you bringing these matters to our attention. We are truly sorry that we fell short of providing the comfortable, worry-free experience you deserved, and we will share your comments with our team for review. Warm Regards, Benchmark Management
