For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of facial and bath soaps/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom.

We really enjoyed staying in this condo. It’s attractive, comfortable & very clean. The location can’t be beat, close to all of our favorite restaurants. The complimentary chairs & umbrella is a plus, so nice to not have to rent or pack our own! We will definitely be back!

If you want to be a short bike ride away from it all with an ocean view- this is it! Kitchen had all we needed for breakfast w lunch in. Very clean and comfortable.

Beautiful view of the Gulf from the balcony overlooking the beach. Easy beach access. Very nice neighborhood. I would update the mattress and the pillows. Great stay.

The stay was great. Right on the beach and in the middle of everything, just like I wanted. Easy access to everything and can even ride bikes everywhere if you want. Two days of beach and one day we drove to Panama City for wonder works. The locals are friendly and everyone is health oriented, happy, and friendly. Like it’s on little bubble outside of the world!

The overall condominium property was clean and well maintained although the unit itself could use some attention to maintenance. It looked clean but had a bad smell in master bedroom area. The bed in front bedroom near kitchen had a very comfortable bed.

Loved the Extra Large King beds and new Living Room furniture. Owner might consider a Pod coffee maker for renters Convenience. Refrigerator looks Like It might need To be replaced as rust in the freezer.

Perfect views. great location, good price!

My husband and I stayed here with our 15 year old daughter and her friend. It is a quick bike ride/walk to Seaside but you are not in the middle of all the teen chaos :)) The unit is spacious and was clean. Bathrooms could use updating but were perfectly good for a short week trip! Great views of the ocean and our friends who stayed at the "other" high-rise in Seagrove said our place was nicer, more spacious and cost 50% less!!! Great value for spring break! Heated pool, beach access right outside your door and easy to get chairs/umbrellas (2 come with each unit). Would definitely stay here again. The management company was easy to communicate with via email and text and very accommodating.

I have PD and never felt safe in either bath. For anyone who is fully able, it's an excellent unit.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Did we have a good overall stay? Yes. Was the vacation rental in a great location? Yes, the best. Was the home clean and in good shape? Yes it was. Was the vacation rental management staff helpful? Our one problem was that we did not have the access code to the beach. The access gate requires that you enter an access code. When we arrived at about 5 pm, we wanted to go to the beach and watch the sunset. We looked everywhere around our unit to find that information. It was not available. I called the management and did not hear back from them until it was too late to watch the sun set from the beach. I got the access code to the beach gate from a neighbor - but after sunset. I hated to bother them, but I knocked on their door and they were glad to share that information with my wife and me. I would suggest management have that beach access code information available on the kitchen counter, or near the front door - anywhere that it could be seen when folks first arrive. It was nowhere to be found when we arrived.

July 4 holiday

This property was exactly as represented in photos and reviews. Completely efficient for mom and 3 teen/tweens. Kids could go to pool and beach alone (I Idon't allow ocean swimming alone though). July 4th on beach was spectacular! PCB and Destin were only 1 hours drive (July 4 traffic is horrible) for fishing, snorkel cruise, etc. Apartment was clean and even had coffee filters (no coffee). Management was wonderful and responsive with a few questions we had. I would recommend this place if you know what 30A is all about and enjoy that. The umbrellas and chairs were wonderful and always up by 6:30 or so. WE used paddle boards and went our to sand bar where the weater was crystal clear for at least 8 feet down! The unit had 3 boogie boards which the kids used every day and became quite good. ( we took them to Panama City when we switched beaches) Seagrove had lots of 'June SeaGrass' that made the ocean un-swimmable 3 of 5 days. :-( We drove to PCB as we didn't drive 13 hours to swim in a pool. I've never seen anything like these algae, and we are used to swimming in disgusting lakes in Missouri. Also, there are bikers, strollers, pedestrians, YOUNG bikers everywhere with limited visibility around landscaping. My nephew's friend (18 yr old) was struck. (he's fine) Again, the condo was Fabulous! I just wish I did more research on Seaside.

Mainly regarding the bathrooms needing updating, as well as the furniture on the balcony. The bathrooms (primarily the Master) are a little smaller than newer condos, but they were clean and the showers were large enough for us. I certainly didn’t feel like I was cramped at all. It appears the furniture on the balcony was recently updated because there is now a wicker style table with four chairs that are in excellent condition. The condo was perfect for us. Everything was clean. Given that the condos are likely older, I didn’t feel like ours was “old” by any means. All nice furniture. Large living and dining area. Beautiful views of the gulf. The beaches are not crowded at all. We didn’t deal with any traffic (maybe that is just the time we visited). There are plenty of places within walking distance to eat or get ice cream. Everything was great. We had an amazing time and would definitely stay in 901 (or Beachcrest) again.
