La Petite Maison du Col - Valloire 4/5 people - Peace and comfort

Our little house is located at Hameau Le Col in Valloire, a few bends above the center of the resort.
This typical hamlet house has been completely renovated and now offers 35m2 of duplex comfort, ideal for 4/5 people.

During the renovation but also for the choice of equipment and furniture, we pushed the environmental approach as far as possible. We hope you have a pleasant stay.

The house is bathed in light and faces South-West.

Equipment:
- Equipped kitchen: fridge, 6-place dishwasher, fan oven, induction hob x 2, toaster.
- Living room with sofa, coffee table and pouffe.
- Bathroom: shower 90x90cm, basin, WC, heated towel rail, hair dryer, shower mat.
- Sleeping area upstairs: a double bed 140x190cm, 2 single beds 90x190cm and a child's mattress in 90x150cm. New quality bedding, anti-mite pillows, thick Drouault duvets, waterproof mattress pads washed regularly.
- Rolling shutter upstairs to keep the dark, and adjustable sunshades (west side)
- For your skis: ski locker outside the house, shoe box under the entrance step.
- Plenty of storage.

In a "minimalist" spirit we have chosen to make only the essentials available.
You will not find a TV but wifi, books, games and an incredible view of the mountain. You will not find a microwave but a raclette machine, yes!
No washing machine (laundry available 24/24 and 7/7 in the center of Valloire).

We leave available spices, salt-pepper, oil, vinegar, tea, herbal teas, some basic foodstuffs. If you finish something, consider replacing it for the following.
