About this property

La Petite Maison du Col - Valloire 4/5 people - Peace and comfort

Our little house is located at Hameau Le Col in Valloire, a few bends above the center of the resort.
This typical hamlet house has been completely renovated and now offers 35m2 of duplex comfort, ideal for 4/5 people.

During the renovation but also for the choice of equipment and furniture, we pushed the environmental approach as far as possible. We hope you have a pleasant stay.

The house is bathed in light and faces South-West.

Equipment:
- Equipped kitchen: fridge, 6-place dishwasher, fan oven, induction hob x 2, toaster.
- Living room with sofa, coffee table and pouffe.
- Bathroom: shower 90x90cm, basin, WC, heated towel rail, hair dryer, shower mat.
- Sleeping area upstairs: a double bed 140x190cm, 2 single beds 90x190cm and a child's mattress in 90x150cm. New quality bedding, anti-mite pillows, thick Drouault duvets, waterproof mattress pads washed regularly.
- Rolling shutter upstairs to keep the dark, and adjustable sunshades (west side)
- For your skis: ski locker outside the house, shoe box under the entrance step.
- Plenty of storage.

In a "minimalist" spirit we have chosen to make only the essentials available.
You will not find a TV but wifi, books, games and an incredible view of the mountain. You will not find a microwave but a raclette machine, yes!
No washing machine (laundry available 24/24 and 7/7 in the center of Valloire).

We leave available spices, salt-pepper, oil, vinegar, tea, herbal teas, some basic foodstuffs. If you finish something, consider replacing it for the following.

Petite maison charmante et très bien aménagée dans hameau calme. Navette à l'entrée du Hameau du Col toutes les 1/2 heure en journée.Consigne à ski au TC de la Sétaz. Tout est prévu ! (juste attention si jeunes enfants : escaliers pour arriver à la maison et un escalier raide et étroit pour arriver à l'étage).

Un très beau lieu au dessus de Valloire

Nous avons apprécié la localisation, le calme et l'indépendance de cette petite maison dont l'optimisation de l'espace est très réussie. La vue sur les montagnes a été particulièrement appréciée. Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances.

Un havre de repos

Excellente semaine pour nous 4 (2 adultes et 2 enfant de 3 et 6 ans) Très jolie maison, entièrement rénovée avec soin et beaucoup de goût. Très fonctionnelle et confortable (même sous la neige) vous trouverez ici un endroit idéal pour vous ressourcer. Le hameau typique a seulement quelques minutes du tumulte de la station (navette toutes les 30 minutes) vous permettra de vivre une véritable expérience montagnarde. Les hôtes sont très réactifs et répondent à toutes les demandes. Allez-y les yeux fermés !

Superbe maisonnette tout confort

Belle maisonnette superbement restaurée avec des matériaux et des équipements de qualité (isolation au top, stores/volets électriques, ...). La pièce de vie au RDC est lumineuse avec la montagne en toile de fond. Accès à l'espace nuit au 1er par un petit escalier raide et étroit. Literie neuve très confortable. Bref, un superbe séjour au calme dans ce petit nid douillet tout proche des sentiers de randonnée.

Nous avons passé un super séjour estival à Valloire dans la petite maison du Col, mix parfait entre l'ancien et le nouveau grâce à une rénovation de très bon goût ! À la fois pratique et bien équipée, cette maisonnette est très agréable à vivre (pas de terrasse mais une superbe orientation qui permet de profiter du soleil jusqu'en fin de journée après une journée bien remplie entre cyclisme et randonnée). Si le hameau Le Col peut paraître un peu excentré par rapport au centre de la station, cette localisation permet de bénéficier d'un cadre familial calme et reposant. Top !

Magnifique petite maison

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans cette petite maison. L’emplacement est idéal, proche du bus qui vous amène en 10 min au pied des pistes de Valloire. La maison a été refaite avec beaucoup de gout, est très bien équipé et bénéficie d'une superbe vue sur la montagne. pn reviendra avec plaisir et on la conseille clairement

Location top au calme dans petit hameau sympathique. Maisonnette au charme certain avec zone nuit originale. Manque peut être un micro onde (pratique pour les biberons des enfants) Hormis cela à louer sans hésiter. Proximité de valloire (navette ou 2mn en voiture)
