Oceanfront FANTASTIC VIEW, large balcony, 2/2 condo

The views from this unit are nothing short of spectacular. This unit is on the third floor / WALK UP/ with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths as well as a large living and kitchen area. Included are beach chairs, beach umbrella and towels. There is plenty of parking but will need to fill out paperwork in advance for parking pass. The pass must be returned to avoid 50.00 fee
Perfect location walking distance to Grocery store and very close to restaurants, The Cocoa beach pier, famous Ron Jons and Cape Canaveral. There is a washer and dryer in this unit available for your use but no soap provided due to preferences. There is also a large coin operated laundry facility on premises for larger loads. This unit has been updated with all new stainless appliances, new tile flooring in common areas, new guest vanity and toilet, new paint 1/2024. Pool is heated.

Awesome location on the beach

I like the location. Could watch the boat races and easy access to the beach. The unit is getting old and would benefit with renovation. Overall a good stay. A little noisy at night with equipment on the roof.

Nice View, quiet spot

We booked this as a quick getaway Vacay. Booking was easy, parking was easy, and host was great. It’s a quieter spot, direct beach access from the building. Overall it was peaceful and balcony looks right onto the ocean front. Full kitchen, e also did laundry in the unit. This is a good spot with close by access to food and stores.

The view was incredible we even got to watch a rocket blast off from the balcony. Excellent restaurants and shopping close by. A comedy club close by, everything within a few minutes away. We were very pleased and look forward to staying again.

Great location and host!

The location of the condo was perfect and it had all of the amenities for an enjoyable stay. The Publix and some great restaurants are within walking distance, which is so nice. Allen was an excellent host and very responsive to any questions prior to, during and after the stay. I would stay here again if I'm ever in the Cocoa Beach area.
