6 of us (adult friends) stayed here 4 nights and it’s a great location, close to Capitol Reef Park , quiet, with a nice deck for watching sunrise/sunset/stars.

Our family loved this place. Plenty of space for our extended family! The kitchen, great room and deck make it perfect for the whole family to gather. We would definitely recommend this to our friends.

I recently spent some time at this place and highly recommend it to everyone! The space is very spacious, making it incredibly comfortable. The facilities are well-equipped, catering to both leisure and work needs. Additionally, the entire area is kept very clean, which gives a sense of security. Overall, it's an ideal choice, and I would definitely visit again!

This was a great place to stay with family! The open floor plan made for a very livable and comfortable setting. The house was exceptionally clean and well stocked. Plenty of parking for our trucks and trailers. We would definitely stay here again!

Great stay!

This property was perfect for our two families. We enjoyed this quiet small town and the close proximity to a neighboring town for dining. We were in a great location to get to Capitol Reef and some other close sights that were on our agenda. The downstairs den was a great addition for the kids to hang out. Great communication with the property owner. Great stay!

Great place for a retreat near Capitol Reef

We stayed here for a small group women's retreat and were all very impressed by this home. It had a great kitchen and living area with a large TV and lots of room to spread out. The home was very clean and neat. It was a very short, easy drive into Torrey for restaurants and the property was also very convenient for hiking in Capitol Reef. Overall, a great stay!

Family Getaway

The property is beautiful with plenty of room for family's to meet up for a weekend getaway. The property had all the needed items in the kitchen, bathroom and elsewhere. Very clean and tidy. Close to the National Park, which makes it very convenient for those outdoorsy people! I suggest going to the orchard to pick your own apples, have a picnic lunch and then buy homemade pies. Would definitely stay there again.

Charming, Spacious, and Clean

This place is incredible! We loved being able to stay here. It was extremely clean, and had a nice big kitchen we could host my sister's family for dinner. The stargazing is incredible from this location! Bedrooms are large! It has everything you'd ever need, even white noise machines. The host has thought of everything! I would love to come back again!

Great find in Loa!

My large family needed a place to stay near Capitol Reef for the July 4th weekend and I found this home. It turned out to be perfect for our family of 10. The house had a spacious living room upstairs for the whole family and a smaller living room downstairs where the younger members of our family got together. Very clean and comfortable and kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with supplies.

Great location in Great House

This house was exactly as advertised. It was perfect for our family trip after visiting Capitol Reef National Park. The location is close to the park allowing us to easily visit the park. It was clean. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking supplies allowing us to make dinner. We visited December 2023 and most restaurants and stores were closed for the season close-by and on the way from Moab. We were glad we had planned ahead and purchased our meal needs in Moab beforehand.

The house itself was very comfortable and clean. The kitchen had all of the amenities we need. The location is convenient to the nearby towns and Capital Reef. The only concern I'll raise is the yard. When you pull in to the driveway, it is overgrown with weeds and does not look cared for. Fortunately, when you go in the house it is a different story! Everything was great.

Great for 2 families

This property looks like it was renovated. It was a great space, two levels which could be used by two different families. There is a set of washer/dryers both upstairs and down, a full kitchen upstairs and a kitchenette downstairs. There are also two living rooms, one on each floor. It is also fairly close to Capitol Reef. We enjoyed the clean, comfortable space, and especially liked the big dining table and the notebook where travelers can leave a message. It was a well thought out rental and my only complaint would be the tall weeds that blocked the stairway leading to the front door. Overall, we had a great stay here.
