This was the perfect home for our party of 10 (5 adults, 4 teens, and a toddler). There were 3 bedrooms on the main floor for the adults, and a basement set up with room for the teens to sleep and relax. The home was very clean and spacious, and we enjoyed the country-like setting for outdoor relaxing. A highly recommended property!

this place is amazing - the house is absolutely a dream and the scenery is beautiful. It's centrally located to help us get to all the National Parks and 10 minutes to Capitol Reef, which was our favorite park.

Great house for our vacation to Capitol Reef. As others have mentioned, every conceivable item one might need is available. The house is extra roomy and more than enough space for our group of five. Great location for visiting Capitol Reef

Perfect Capitol Reef Getaway

We were a group of 3 families. Thoroughly enjoyed the property, the location and the amenities. No complaints on anything. Honestly we were blown away how good everything was, when we checked in. The listing and the images don't do justice! Hope to return in the future.

Quick little get a way

Overall, the stay was fantastic. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms and open space to accommodate all of us. Little disappointed about no air conditioning in the bedrooms or bathrooms. It got pretty hot at night. Really easy to find and host was very knowledgeable about the property. Even let us stay an extra hour past checkout to accommodate our needs so that was great. Would stay here again if it was available.

I would give this home a "10" if I could. The house was spotless and the location so beautiful. Sometimes you stay in a house and you're lucky they have salt and pepper. This house had everything you would need to cook with from a crockpot, pots/pans, large roasting pan to a whole cabinet of oil, vinegar and spices.It had plates/cups for indoors and outdoors as well as enough for 8 people that you didn't have to run the dishwasher every day.I read reviews about the bedrooms being hot. If the swamp(evaporative) cooler directions are followed, the hot air will be pushed out of the bedrooms and replaced with cool air. The evening temperatures become very cool.We had a great stay and hope to return.
