Cozy Cottage. Walking distance to town. Just off the snowmobile and ATV trails.

Picturesque lake front Cottage with 3 bedrooms and 1 bath. Rustic decor for that cozy cabin feel, with beautiful views of Big Stone lake. 100 feet of waterfront on almost 1/2 acre lot on dead end road. Kitchen with all cooking and eating utensils supplied. All linens and bath towels provided. Open dining area to seat 6 comfortably, eat, visit and play games. Living room area with couch, 2 reclining chairs, and daybed, along with stone fireplace, wireless internet, Apple TV with Spectrum Cable hooked up and DVD player. 2 bedrooms on main level, 1 queen bed, 1 full size bed. 3rd bedroom in the walk-out basement with full sized bed, bunk beds and couch; along with washer and dryer.

Aluminum dock for water access. Crystal clear water with gradual access to water. Pebble/sand/rocky bottom, no weeds. Fire pit with firewood provided.

Within walking distance to Stone Lake township where you will find multiple restaurants and bars, wine house, and Dollar Store for your convenience. Minutes away from well known Pine Ridge restaurant.

15 minutes away from Hayward and Sevenwinds Casino.
Approximately 2 hours from Minneapolis/St Paul, and 4 hours north from Madison WI.

During winter months renters may have to shovel walkway up to house. We will provide shovel. We will do our best to maintain this but are not local to do it routinely.

The host was friendly and very responsive. We stayed with two small children and the layout was great for each of us having a separate sleeping area and also plenty of space for the kids to play. Cabin is clean and kitchen is well stocked for cooking. We caught many smallmouth and enjoyed wonderful sunsets. The lake is clear to the bottom in 20 ft of water. The stairs from the dock into the water are a great feature.

Stone lake fabulous

This is the second time we stayed at this cottage and it was fantastic. We fushed every day, had morning coffee sitting on pier watching fish jump & momma duck with her ducklings swimming by. It is a perfect place to stay. Thank you for an amazing time !

We absolutely love this cabin. We've been vacationing on Stone Lake for 25 years now, three at this property. The cabin was clean and well stocked. My kids love to fish and swim in the clear lake. Great sunsets and a very short walk to town.

We were back for our 4th year, and this place never disappoints. Stone Lake is such a great area. The water was warm and clear. It always amazes me how little activity there is on the lake during the week. We had the whole lake to ourselves most days. The sunsets don't disappoint either. This cottage is great, and we're so thankful it remains affordable and rustic.
