Our family is from the Twin Cities area and we wanted to find a nice, quiet lake cabin with some property and fix it up so that's what we did!

Why they chose this property

I was looking for a area that would be more private with some land (3 acres) and also wanted a small more tranquil lake that is clean and sand bottom. We found this location and the potential the cabin had and fell in love! We love that we are so close to Perlick's distillery which is part of a family farm and everyone there is just great. We really feel like we are far out enough to get away but close enough to whatever we might want to do.

What makes this property unique

While we have renovated almost the entire inside of the cabin we really felt strongly that we wanted the outside to stay more rustic and natural.
