A short walk brings you to the charming downtown, where you`ll find delightful dining, swimming, and shopping. The Portnuef River is just minutes away, perfect for a scenic stroll or outdoor adventure. And with its location just off Main Street, your stay will be peaceful and quiet, while still close to all the action.

Comfortable & Cozy Bedrooms each with it’s own Roku TV and each bedroom features premium mattresses with allergy protection covers, soft pillows, and hotel-quality bedding for a crisp and clean experience. All sleeping areas are carpeted, warm, and comfy, with luggage stands in every room for your convenience. Whether you’re sleeping in one of the King or Queen-sized beds or on one of the extra futons or couches, you`ll have extra sheets and bedding to ensure everyone is comfortable. Additionally, Aero mattresses and a Pack n Play are available to accommodate more guests.

The home is equipped with 2 fully stocked kitchens, complete with all the dishes, cookware, and small appliances you’ll need to prepare and enjoy your meals. Two separate living areas feature Roku TVs and cozy gas fireplaces, perfect for relaxation after a day of exploring. The large basement great room is the perfect spot for hanging out, playing games, or spending time with loved ones.

You will have access to all of the Living Rooms, Kitchens, Bedrooms, Bathrooms, Front and Back doors, Patio, Yard, and Driveway and Street Parking. There is no access to garage or laundry/storage area. There is a new full service Laundry Mat on Main Street just a couple of minutes from the house.

Did you know that Viva La Vida means `Live the Life` in several languages! When you come to Lava Hot Springs we hope you will do just that! To help, we offer a Portnuef River Tubing experience! Ask us about our `lazy river` excursion! We can outfit you with boat type tubes, paddles, and life vests right at our vacation home property and transport your group to the river to begin your adventure for a 60-90 minute ride down the safest part of the river through scenic Lava Hot Springs and through `Old Oregon Trail` areas! We can also provide you river towels for your adventure so you don`t have to bring your own! Call for details! Summer only, and of course weather and conditions permitting. We will do all we can to help make your stay with us a time to remember!

You can easily walk to all of the main attractions in Lava Hot Springs from Viva La Vida! If you drive there is free street parking as well as parking lots located throughout town.

– NO Illegal substances or activity inside or outside the home.
– NO unregistered guests that have not been included on the booking reservation. No pitching tents, camping or RVs
– NO Smoking or Vaping inside the home. ($500 fee) smoking allowed on the Patio where an ashtray is provided.
– The person booking must be 24 years old and be a guest staying in the home. (No 3rd party bookings, these reservations will be canceled).
– NO eating or drinking in the bedrooms.
– NOISE CURFEW: Please help us be respectful to the neighbors. If we receive any complaints, we will call you and ask to resolve the problem. Depending on severity, if 3 complaints are made, we will have to cancel/end your reservation immediately with no refunds. Lava Hot Springs ordinance quiet time 10pm -7am.
– Any cleaning needed beyond a normal cleaning (stains found in rugs, blankets, etc.) will have an additional cleaning fee, plus cost of replacing items.
– DOGS Only - Small Dogs allowed on a case by case basis for $50 per stay 2 dog maximum. Contact Management directly for approval
– Please do not rearrange any furniture to avoid damages. In case of an accident please let us know of any damages that occur to the home during your stay. The black futons should be moved away from the walls slightly to allow lowering into place for sleeping.
