About this space
Perfect for large families, Mom’s group getaways, and multi-family trips. Our freshly remodelled 3 bedroom 3 bath A-Frame House is bright and open and instantly makes you feel at home. It sits on the hillside on 2 acres with 3 special guests: Tina, Turner, and Buck: our Alpaca/Llama family! It’s a 9 minute drive to downtown Lava and 15 Minutes to Pebble Ski Area. Plenty of room to spread out and relax


The space
2 levels featuring a kitchen, living room, bathroom, and laundry on the main floor. Head upstairs to the open loft with 4 queen beds, a lounging area with TV, books, and games. Upstairs also features two more bedrooms including our master suite with a king bed, TV, and bathroom featuring a freestanding tub and gorgeous sunset views. The King suite also has a separate entrance to the rooftop patio that will be ready this Spring. A second bathroom and shower is located off the loft.



We furnished our home with you in mind! We have young kids so if needed, we have a rollaway crib, packNPlay, Highchair, toys, games, cooler, and so much more to make you feel at home.

My family LOVED staying here. We have a family of 12, kids age 2-20, and we were so comfortable. The home was clean and so adorable. We all loved feeding that llamas, playing in the game room and relaxing on the patio and seeing the stars. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals and the beds were very comfortable. Every room has air conditioning. We loved the secluded feeling of the property even with the highway close by. We loved the landscape and watching the trains slowly rumble by. We all want to come and stay there again. The price was Excellent for everything that was provided, and that was a great draw for our family trip. The host communicated with us before our stay and we had no need to contact them during our time there. We LOVE the Llama A Frame!!!

We had a party of 9 and fit more than comfortably. The teenagers enjoyed the game room and board games. Everyone enjoyed the Llamas and it was so cozy. The weather wasn’t great so we did not get to enjoy the outdoor space, but we’re already planning our next stay.

We loved the lava yay frame! It was so fun feeding the alpacas/llamas and there was plenty of beds and bathrooms for us. The mattresses were all really comfortable! The game room in the garage was awesome for our kids. And the decor is so cute! We would definitely stay again!

This house was a quick drive from Lava Hot Springs. The house has several air conditioning units which kept us adequately cooled for our late July/early August stay. The house was clean and we LOVED the llama/llampacas!

Pleasantly surprised at the unique and fun stay! We had a great time and the only comment I can think to add to improve the stay would have been to have a few more items in the kitchen to use (mixing bowls and more kitchen towels).. but other than that- we LOVED it!

What a cute place for our girlfriend’s big ‘0’ birthday bash! It was perfect and we loved seeing deer, feeding the llamas, and time downtown in the hot springs. The host was great, and we enjoyed our time. Looking forward to bringing my family to come stay next time.

We stayed with two families-lots of kids. We loved how open the space is. The house is very charming and felt very clean. Making an espresso was a definite plus. But the llamas were the best. The kids spent so much time out with them. They're like giant puppies.
