Villa with 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, swimming pool, in a quiet residential street in the center of the family resort of Costa Teguise.
Perfectly located in the volcanic island of LANZAROTE to access the north and south of the island during your tours by car.
A few minutes walk from the sandy beach of Las Cucharas, known for windsurfing, departure from surf school, and many shops, bars and restaurants. Supermarket 5 minutes walk.
Detached villa with swimming pool , patios, garden, barbecue area, sun loungers and an outdoor dining area for 10 guests .
Laundry room with washing machine and drying area.
Kitchen with table-bar, microwave, dishwasher, hob and oven, fully equipped fridge-freezer.
Downstairs there are 2 double bedrooms with shower room en suite.The upper floor is accessible by a wooden staircase which leads to 3 other bedrooms: 1 double and 2 with 2 single beds .There is a bathroom upstairs and access to a large private sun terrace. Upstairs has a mezzanine which overlooks the dining room downstairs.
Towels for the shower and sheets are at your disposal.
Pool can be heated ( cost 10 € per day)

Beautiful villa, close to shops and amenities (approx 5 minute walk to nearest supermarket). There was plenty of space for 7 adults. Communication with Bernard was great and he was always on hand.

Family of 9 stayed for 1 week, absolutely loved thia spacious villa with all amenities needed for a family holiday. A home from home! Host left a beautiful welcoming basket which was very much appreciated due to our late arrival - had everything needed for our 1st night. Host was only a tx msg away for any questions we had and sorted out any queries/requests we had asap. My family are already asking when are we going to go back again lol as we all loved having the heated pool to use everyday & the terrace is a sun trap. Just made our family holiday perfect.Thank you we had an amazing time :)

A good villa in an excellent location. 2nd time staying. Check in was smooth. Felt the property was in need of a bit of TLC this time round, but this didn’t spoil our stay. The bedding and towels looked a bit tired. The property is in a quiet street just an 8 minute stroll to the resort centre where there is an abundance of bars and restaurants. Property was clean on arrival. We paid extra for pool heating which we felt was worth it. Pool was a bit grubby on arrival and wasn’t cleaned during our 9 night stay. There was a lack of tea towels in the kitchen and it would benefit in providing plastic cups and plates for the outside areas as glass/ china by the pool isn’t great especially with children. These are just suggestions for the host and would not affect us booking this property again. Pool towels were provided this visit which was helpful. A nice welcome hamper on arrival. Its a good value property which I would recommend. 8/10 from us.

Limited Wi-Fi, ground floor only. Property includes everything you would need in a home, provided. The pool is of a good size, but young children need to be supervised. Host communication is good, and the property manager is helpful and always available to assist with any queries.

This property is well situated and a short walk from all shops cafes restaurants and beaches. The villa is excellent well equipped and a welcome pack greeted us a nice touch. Would highly recommend and go again.

Adult family break

The villa provided everything as described and the owners were super helpful and quick to respond to questions and requests ahead of our stay. The villa is huge with plenty of room for our party of 7 adults. Well located within easy walking distance of Pueblo Marinero.

Well situated in a quiet residential road. The villa was exactly as advertised with all of the equipment you would expect for a large party. This is the second time we have stayed and I would have no hesitation in booking again.

Villa Isla is everything you could wish for... great location close to restaurants, beach and shopping... The Villa has everything you need and more... The owner has done a great job in providing a very comfortable place st stay while enjoying some lovely sun Lanzarote... Our granddaughter particularly enjoyed having a room to herself and a pool that she could both enjoy and improve her swimming too.. We all had a lovely holiday and will be back to Villa Isla...

The villa was exactly as described with everything that we expected. The location is close to amenities and yet sits in a quiet residential street. We never heated the pool as the weather was fantastic and it wasn't required. Overall a great villa in a good location that I will be thinking about renting again in the future

Fantastic Week

My family and I had an absolutely super week, a mix of ages from 6 to 70+ we had everything we needed at the Villa and on the doorstep! The Villa is lovely, we were easily quite at home, communication with Yann was very good and Bernard was a friendly face in person. The villa is well equipped and we had everything we needed for our stay. We throughly enjoyed our time in the heated pool! It is a short walk to the supermarket and restaurants and the beach is also easily accessed - it is a fab beach, the sea was so clear on the last day, we’ve been twice now to Costa Teguise and have loved it both times. The location of Yann’s villa is perfect. Thank you for a wonderful holiday :-)

A very spacious villa

The villa is a short walk away from amenities in a very quiet location. It is very spacious with 2 ensuite bedrooms on the ground floor with walk in shower cubicles which were good for my dad and myself as we both suffer from arthritis. Upstairs was a further 3 bedrooms, a bathroom and roof terrace. There was plenty of space round the pool. There was so much space we could spread out and be comfortable. There was a nice welcome pack left by the host and a dishwasher which was useful for the 5 of us. The villa was fully equipped.

Fantastic villa

We will definitely be back to this villa. It is a home from home. There are two double bedrooms downstairs with beautiful en-suites both have hair dryers. A wc downstairs, dining room, kitchen and a living room. Upstairs you have a double room, a twin room, a games room which has a sofa bed and cot in it, a bathroom with a shower/bath and access to the upper patio area. The kitchen is really well equipped with an electric hob and oven, microwave and dishwasher. Outside there is a good sized pool with lots of loungers md a large dining suite. There is a washing machine outside and a clothes airer. Access to the property was well communicated and communication with Bernard throughout our stay was great. The villa itself is really central. It’s a 5 minute walk from a well stocked supermarket and 7 mins from the beach promenade. We loved our stay and hope to be back soon.

Not the best villa we’ve stayed in

Listing is technically accurate & the saving grace for the property is its location which as stated is within walking distance to supermarkets, restaurants, bars, the beach & square. The villa is spacious & relatively well equipped but feels tired in many places. Cleanliness needs improvement, the property has not had much more than a surface clean in some time. Everyone’s feet were black from walking inside with bare feet, vents were thick with dust, the sofa needed moving to retrieve a mobile which highlighted that the furniture had not been cleaned under for a while & having stripped the beds on departure we were met with stained duvets, stained mattresses & yellowed duvets that were completely bare of filling in parts. The temperature at night felt quite low after the sun & we were cold in bed at night & disappointed that we had no access to any additional bedding anywhere. The 2 downstairs bedrooms and in particular the one at the front smelt musty as soon as you walked in, the wardrobe doors were left open for the whole stay because of this but I felt like my clothes felt damp when I wore them and the bedding felt damp when I got in to bed & upon waking or moving throughput the night. Speaking of bed, I am extremely surprised that there hasn’t been any complaints from previous guests about the cheap uncomfortable mattress but I scan only liken my sleep to lying on bricks & woke with sore shoulders, hips & knees every day, not conducive of going home refreshed.

Super hébergement Très belle villa mélangeant modernité et tradition. Belles chambres au rez de chaussée avec chacune une salle de bains, un plus pour un séjour à plusieurs couples. De beaux espaces pour les pièces à vivre bien que le lieu de vie principal soit la terrasse avec son barbecue et la piscine. Le chauffage de la piscine à cette période est également une très bonne option. Très bel accueil du propriétaire en personne avec de bons conseils. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir dans ce lieu que nous recommandons sans réserves.

Superb ..start to finish

Beautifully presented , clean , wonderful swimming pool , all mod cons, the best villa we have ever stayed in , we were looked after from the moment we arrived , Bernard has to have a special mention, he came over with, wine , booked out Taxi's, was on hand for anything we required, and we have all forgiven him for the France -England World Cup Result ! 200% we will stay again ...what a place !
