Thank you for the review. I’m sorry to hear that you found the stairs to be steep. When you mentioned that your group consisted of ten ladies around 75 years old, I did think the stairs might potentially be a concern, which is why I reached out right away with a detailed explanation of the staircase, as well as the layout and sleeping arrangements. Because our loft has such a unique layout, I always try to be as transparent as possible with larger groups so everyone knows exactly what to expect. I noticed that you didn’t respond to that message, so I’m sorry if you happened to miss it. Our goal is always to provide that information either before booking or immediately afterward so that if the property isn’t going to be a good fit for someone’s group, they have the opportunity to make that decision right away. Glad you enjoyed all the shopping and dining close by!

Condo downtown Traverse City, says it sleeps a lot of people, which it does, but only two bathrooms, convenient to all downtown.
Stayed 3 nights in Aug 2025
Response from VrboOwner on 22 August 2025
Thank you for your review—we truly enjoyed hosting you and your group for the wedding weekend. While our property is designed to comfortably sleep larger groups, we do only have two bathrooms, which is clearly stated in our listing. I completely understand how this may have felt limiting with a group getting ready for a special event, and I’m sorry that you missed that detail prior to booking and only left a 3 star review because of it. We always strive to provide a 5-star experience for every guest, so it’s disappointing to see that reflected differently here. That said, we’re glad you enjoyed the location and found our space convenient for your time in downtown Traverse City. We appreciate your feedback and hope the rest of the celebration was memorable too.
