 - A living room with a convertible sofa (2 people), a dining table and a television.
- An equipped kitchen (induction hob, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, oven, washer-dryer, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine).
- Separate toilets
 - A small corner of the garden
- A parking place

Access:
The apartment is on the 1st floor (access by a staircase) and has a separate entrance. Two steps are present in the accommodation.

On the spot :
The accommodation is adjacent to our house and we live on site. We are a French Canadian family with 2 children and a Labrador dog (very playful and that you will come across). We are always delighted to welcome our guests to chat with them and advise them during their stay.

Service:
For travelers arriving by train, we can pick you up at the station (if the schedules are compatible with our calendars).

District :
We are located in Aix les Bains, on the heights, in a very quiet and residential area (Boncelin district).
The area has a nice view of the Dent du Chat and the Revard.
On foot, we are 7 minutes from the thermal baths of Chevalley - Valvital; 12 min from the city center and 20 min from the train station.
By car, we are 2 minutes from the thermal baths, 5 minutes from the city center.

Transport:
Bus line 3 is 5 minutes from the house (Stop Route de Pugny). This line serves the thermal baths, the city center and the station.

To know:
- Presence of pets on site - A playful Labrador dog lives on site.
- Pets are not accepted
- non-smoking accommodation
- Our garden has no fence. You can have an outdoor area (garden side) in front of your kitchen and bedroom.
