THE AZUR CADIERE- IN THE VILLAGE - Superb property walking from the city centre with beautiful views of the valley, a beautiful swimming pool and a very large terrace with BBQ. Air conditioning. 5 bedrooms and 3 shower rooms. Independent studio.
The whole is completely renovated and decorated with great taste.
The main part offers a living room living room with great American cuisine, terrace and pool access (BBQ). Very comfortable reading room.
1 bedroom double bed upstairs with its shower room and terrace.
2 bedrooms double bed in DRC
1 room 2 single beds in DRC
1 shower room and independent toilets in DRC
The studio offers after few stairs :
1 bedroom double bed with shower room and independent toilets
A beautiful American cook.
Garden access.
Parking 2 places and many opportunities to keep themselves on the street.
Wifi. Satellite TV (foreign channels)
Caution of 1500
Sheets and towels included.
Application fees (48 euros) and End-of-stay household plus (350 ttc) mandatory. Household carried out according to the recommendations of the Ministry of Health following the Covid-19 crisis.

Hormis le fait que l'annonce pouvaitl laisser entendre que l'ensemble de la maison était climatisé alors qu'il n'y'a que deux pièces l'ensemble est bien
Il serait souhaible que les pièces d'eau annexes aux chambres soient munies d'une mini étagére et d'un miroir
