In the village of Adrets, in a domain 20 minutes from the beaches, comfortable new villa situated on a 3000m² terraced plot with a beautiful sea view. Salt overflow swimming pool (heated on request) with submerged beach for children (8m x 6m, Depth 160cm - Fence). 200 m2 of terraces with garden furniture and deckchairs. BBQ. Ping-pong. Garage for 2 cars. Parking for 2 cars. Town center, all shops 800 m. Golf and sandy beach 17 km.

Air-conditioned 5-room villa of 200m² on 2 levels: Living / Dining room with TV (Internet), exit to sea view terrace. Open fully equipped kitchen (4 hotplates, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer , Nespresso). Guest WC. 1 Bedroom with a double bed (160), TV, Shower room / WC, exit to the garden. 1 Bedroom with a double bed (160), TV, Bathroom, exit to the swimming pool. 1 Bedroom with 2 single beds (90), TV, Shower room, exit to the swimming pool. Separate WC.
Upstairs: Master bedroom (50 m2) with a double bed (160), TV, Dressing room, Office, Shower room / WC, exit to terrace. Laundry room with Washing Machine and Tumble Dryer. Electricity in extra. Villa classified 5 ***** Tourist Office since October 2020.

Please, note that a security deposit in case of damage will be requested directly by your agency before your arrival as well as a specific rental insurance and the tourist tax.

Amazing Villa, perfect!!

The villa is amazing, the view is wonderful and everything was perfect. Even the householders are very kind. We had a perfect stay!!!!

An exceptional villa in a charming village!

The villa is superbly equipped and furnished to a high standard, the best holiday home we have ever rented. The view of the bay of Cannes is beautiful and unique at any time of the day or night. Thank you Mickaël, we felt very comfortable and plan to be back! Nothing to complain about. Everything was very well organised, Homesud and the landlord provided a perfect service.

Wonderful Villa Les Adrets - Viva la France - A home away from home

!! Long Post because it was such a beautiful villa :) !! When stepping into the house, I had to catch my breath. The view spectacular. The interior of such high quality, the rooms beautifully furnished. 3 bedrooms have Ocean view & looking over the gorgeous infinity pool. Mickael and Lylian welcomed us and were always responsive if we had a question. A nice present, a bottle of tasty Rosè and even a welcome note in a picture frame was standing with our names on the kitchen counter. No efforts where shyed to make this house a 'home away from home'. Having said that, the kitchen was fully stocked with eveything. The bathrooms all had nice smelling diffusers. Everything is of very great taste which was like balm to my little designer soul :) Art on the walls. The beds were very comfty with nice bedsheets. Vacation is also sleeping well and this was given in every room. Our dogs loved the garden below the pool which was 1500 qm just for them to run around, all fenced in. We could have stayed for many weeks longer. Two garages and a front yard also beautifully landscaped with two separate patios and Lounge furniture is finishing my review tour. The pictures are true to what you see and more. Thank you Mickael and Lylian - you were such nice hosts, thank you very much for sharing your house - we would love to come back soon to this beautiful place of yours. Cherish it ! Youd did great ! Better Wlan Coverage at pool site Possibly a small fence to keep dogs from the front garden to protect the nice grass from being ruined by the dogs. As I am always honest, I will make the remark that the dining room chairs will be recovered soon, as they show some wear.

Tolle Villa in einer phantastischen Umgebung

Die Villa bietet einen grandiose Aussicht auf Cannes. Im Ort gibt es eine sehr gute Bäckerei und Metzgerei (super lecker, großer Webergrill ist vorhanden) und einen kleinen Supermarkt. Der kleine, aber feine Markt bietet tolle Stände. Wir haben uns Mountainbikes ausgeliehen, die vom Verleih vor Ort gebracht worden sind und abends wieder abgeholt worden sind. Die Strecken vor Ort sind toll und bieten ganz spannende und Abwechslungsreiche Pisten. Der Poll wärmt sich bei Sonne vpn alleine sehr schnell auf und wir konnten ihn Ende April bereits nutzen. Das Haus bietet alles was man benötigt und ist Spitzenklasse eingerichtet. Die Aussicht ist sogar noch schöner als auf den Bildern. Vielen Dank an die Gastgeber.

Wundervolle Villa mit wunderschönem Garten und Pool

Super gepflegte, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete Villa, mit einem wunderschönen Garten und tollem Pool. Sehr freundliche Besitzer. Traduction : Villa super bien entretenue, meublée avec beaucoup de goût, avec un beau jardin et une grande piscine. Propriétaires très sympathiques.

Perfect stay in Les Adrets

The villa itself was beautiful, contemporary, well equipped and with perfect views. The outdoor space is very impressive with excellent quality furniture, BBQ and a stunning infinity pool. Our hosts were absolutely brilliant providing in-depth information on the local area and amenities as well as being genuinely nice people. The village of Adrets is delightful with a local bakery and great restaurants. It is the perfect retreat all year round and we are looking forward to returning. Nothing at all - everything was perfect.

De merveilleuses vacances !

Nous avons passé d’excellentes vacances dans cette très belle villa avec une vue exceptionnelle sur la baie de Cannes. La maison est spacieuse, décorée avec goût et parfaitement équipée, tant à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur. Nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis par les propriétaires, à l’écoute tout en étant discrets. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.
