Perfect

Absolutely loved it! Setting/location exactly what we wanted. Pictures do not do it justice. Ideal for my husband and I and our 29 year old son and girlfriend as we could be independent of each other when we wanted. We did not want to hire a car so do recommend if flying in to palma, get the train to soller and then get a taxi to port de soller/house. A small hill to climb so best when you have luggage but going back easy to go to port de soller tram by foot. Katherine and Pep were great hosts, amazing care pkg on arrival. We will definitely be back !

We are a couple with grown-up children who offer for your holidays in Majorca, one of our two houses situated on the same estate where we live. Our aim is to deal directly with our guests and that is why we started the 2016 season with our own web page: www.esvermell.com

Why they chose this property

We chose this plot of land measuring 10.400 m2 so as to have peace and calm. The size of the land means that we are protected from neighbours and noise even though we are very close to the sea and the city center.

What makes this property unique

Its orientation and position means that the property gets a lot of sunlight as well as having great views of both the Port of Sóller and the Tramuntana mountain range.
