Traditional stone-built townhouse, which has been tastefully renovated, with private peaceful garden and swimming pool, just minutes from the centre of Soller. The house has 4 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, with a traditional Mallorcan double-height 'entrada' re-styled as an open plan living and dining room and stairs up to a mezzanine sitting room and the upper floors of the house. A fully equipped kitchen leads out onto a large terrace for outdoor dining and lounging, and an eco-friendly swimming pool and gardens.

Relaxing Family Holiday

We had a lovely & relaxing family holiday in Soller Townhouse. The house was so big and spacious, nice and clean and had everything we could possibly need. The beds were very comfy and showers very good. A very convenient location and close to town too.

A slice of total luxury in Soller

A truly special house in walking distance to Soller. We booked a week for a family holiday and were extremely impressed by the modern design, large outdoor area with pool and kitchen facilities available. Plus very stylish bed & bathrooms! It was wonderful to be able to go the local market on a Saturday and prepare food for our family in the garden. It really felt like we lived in Soller rather than being on holiday! The perfect way to relax. Would highly recommend.

An absolute gem in Soller

This Soller townhouse is absolutely gorgeous! It is located just a few minutes walk from the city square in a quiet street with authentic charm. The house is beautifully decorated with art, modern interior design and over all great taste that respects the house and surroundings. The kitchen is fully equipped with great quality products. The garden, pool area, roof top terrace and out door dining area are all so cosy and stylishly done. The owner is a delight to communicate with and the instructions for the house and tips for the area are plentiful and spot on. All rooms are very stylish and spacious and the beds are very comfortable. Bathrooms look brand new are big and luxurious. All in all my warmest recommendations for this absolute Gem in Soller and thanks to Paul for being a wonderful host.

Best place to stay in Soller

The villa was beyond our expectations. It is beautiful and very well equipped. Once inside the house it felt apart from the busy town, the mountains make a beautiful back drop to the outside space. Our family of nine stayed a week in April, ages ranging from 3- 77, and it was perfect. It is a quick walk down to the centre of Soller for fresh croissants for breakfast. Fresh squeezed orange/lemon juice with fruit from the garden. Even though the pool was a bit chilly it did not stop the grand children from enjoying jumping in and out. It is so nice to walk to the many good restaurants within reach without using the car. Special thank you to Paul for being so flexible on the arrival and departure and to Inez for helping us oldies, with no knowledge of the language, to book a taxi. We will return!

Stylish luxurious extremely comfortable townhouse

We loved our week here. The house is stunning - situated in a street a few minutes walk from the main square in Soller, but still manages to feel very private with great views of the surrounding mountains. Stylishly furnished and designed interior space throughout that would suit a stay in any season. En-suite bedrooms spacious and comfortable. Ours had a terrace outside that was a great place to watch the sun go down. The pool area is lovely. Kitchen very well equipped. The House Book that was emailed to us was a mine of information. The house manager was immediately helpful when we needed her on a couple of occasions.

Unique, characterful and charming

The town has very narrow streets and on entering the house you are surprised by the spacious and tasteful interior which combines the old with the modern. In the rear there is an unexpected and beautiful garden with beautiful views of the hills. There is a pool and the adjoining walls are lit up at night adding to the relaxing atmosphere.

Fabulous week with friends

We had a fabulous week with friends in Soller at this wonderful house. The accommodation is very spacious and has been beautifully renovated yet retaining its original character and charm. We really enjoyed spending time at the house and in the garden relaxing by the pool with the wonderful views of the mountains. We enjoyed exploring the local area, walking in the mountains, visiting the beautiful historic city of Palma by train and sailing the local coastline . Soller and Port de Soller and great to visit for a drink and local food . We had a special week with special friends in a special place. We look forward to returning .

Beautiful house great location

Amazing house great location 6 adult males booked for a walking holiday found the location great for shops, bars, restraunts plus great starting point for numerous walks . All 6 found no faults with the house you can live there for months you only need your clothes !!! Garden a sun trap

The views are amazing - watching the eagles from our roof terrace most evenings was a real highlight. The house is in a quiet location, but very close to shops and a short stroll to the centre of town. Soller is lovely - great restaurants and cafes, so relaxing but within easy reach of lots of other great places. We went to Palma on the train, and also walked to the beach at Port Soller and to some beautiful local villages. Perfect - we shall return.

Sehr schönes Haus , mit Garten

Wir waren 2 Wochen dort, ein sehr schönes Haus mit einem sehr schönen Garten, mit Sonnen-und Schattenplätzen. Liegen, Stühle, Sonnenschirm, alles vorhanden. Super Betten (Boxspring). Ruhige Lage, und trotzdem zentral. Wir haben kein Auto gebraucht. WLAN vorhanden, aber nur spanisches TV. Das Haus kann ich auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!
