New remodeled home that is incredibly clean. Located steps away from the "new"restaurant district and in a wonderful neighborhood. Enjoy the mountain views, relax on the back patio with a large fenced yard or just hang out inside. Our two bedroom home has an open floor plan, wonderful fully stocked kitchen, a very large laundry room, full bathroom and a Jack-N-Jill bathroom between the two bedrooms. Enjoy!

The location of this property was everything. Fenced in property so that we and our dog could sit on the porch, people watch, and relax. Fully stocked kitchen, but there are so many great restaurants just a block or two away. Very pet friendly city. Close proximity to Garden of the Gods, Pikes Peak, Cave of the Winds, downtown, to many to mention. We loved it.

This is a great place to stay for those traveling with pets. The house was clean, spacious, and the fenced front and back yard were ideal for us. It was walking distance to some great restaurants. I would stay again.
We had a great time and the two bedroom two bath property. Great family room plenty of hard chairs for my wife who has a bad back. The property is very clean and neat has a backyard barbecue with a large table which we use several evenings and lunches. It’s in the gentrified neighborhood and close to walking for some limited shopping but a lot of the entertainment and restaurants close by.Would come we would come back again
We stayed here 4 days while in Colorado Springs for some hiking and good food/drinks with friends. This location was perfect for us. It is a short drive to some great hikes like Garden of the Gods and Seven Falls and also close enough to walk to some great food and drinks at night in downtown Colorado Springs. We weren’t needing much from the house itself other than a clean place to rest our heads and clean up. The house was as described in the post and met our needs.
Nice place in a quiet neighborhood in downtown Colorado Springs. Well equipped kitchen and a nice gas grill out back. Great jumping off point for all the sites also some good restaurants within walking distance. Owner very responsive as we had internet issue briefly
