Great Beach House!

Jeff was an awesome host! Our group was there for a weekend the house was perfect. Access to the beach is only a few steps away and beach chairs were provided. Spacious property with beautiful views, too! Would love to stay again soon!

Great Location But Inaccurate Information

If it is all about the location, you should be fine. This house does not sleep 14! The pull out sofa bed doesn't have a mattress and the trundle beds don't pull out. Sleeping on the couch was more comfortable than some of the beds. AND, you have to clean the place when you leave even though there is a cleaning fee. The fridge and grill were dirty when we arrived.

guilty on the grill. Mattress count is: 2 queens, 1 full, 5 twins, only one of the 2 trundles are in the listing (and you were told if you wanted to use BOTH (to get to a count of 15) they wouldn't pull all the way out) and the queen sleeper. Sorry if the standard pullout mattress didn't meet your expectations. Running the dishwasher (done) and leaving it broom clean (not) are standard. The cleaners are required due to COVID. Appreciated you starting the laundry, but that was not required. And thank you for requiring me to bring in extra cleaners ($$$) to deal with the "service" animal (animal and its charge were frequently seen not together) you attempted to sneak into a pet-free rental so future renters wouldn't have potential allergic reactions to your stay..

Wonderful Beach Getaway - Exceeded Expectations!

We had a fantastic stay at Jeff and Cathy's beach house! From the moment we walked in, we were impressed. The place is incredibly spacious and even more beautiful than the photos depicted.We loved the top deck for watching and listening to the ocean. Being right on the beach was so convenient, especially with young kids. The house was very comfortable, the decor was lovely, and we appreciated the thoughtful small details throughout.Jeff and Cathy are truly amazing hosts. They were very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It's clear they care about their guests' experience.The spaciousness of the house was a huge plus for our two families with a range of ages. Everyone had plenty of room to spread out, which we all appreciated.Overall, we had an amazing and memorable vacation and are already looking forward to returning to Jeff and Cathy's place on our next visit. Highly recommend!

Very comfortable home for a group of friends to have a leisurely get together gor a few days

Very clean and nicely laid out to gather together. One minute walk onto the beach. Nice ocean view from the rooftop seating area. Hosts were helpful and friendly.

Great weekend with friends!

We had a great weekend this Labor Day! You could not be closer to the beach! We were a group that did want to go to beach haven a bit and Uber’s we’re a bit difficult. If you can secure transport before going out, that’s the move. Great communication with Jeff throughout the weekend. He is right next door so definitely there if you need him!

Great house for a family getaway

The house is fairly new and in great condition. It has everything that you could want and a short walk to the beautiful beach. As a bonus there is a ping pong table and foosball table in the lower level. It's the perfect place to relax.
