Comfy, 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bath condo with internet access located within walking distance of Sonoma State University, Starbucks, Swirltime, Charm Kitchen (Thai), Honey Cuisine (Japanese), Pizza Guys, El Gallo Taqueria, McD's, and Taco Bell. Local park with swimming pool, tennis courts, baseball diamond, etc. just a few blocks away.

The condo has (3) bedrooms and a total of (3) beds. Master room has a CA king, second room has a queen bed, and third room has a king bed. Sleeps a total of (6).

No taxes or other fees apply, except what VRBO may charge the renter. If it is necessary for the tenant to cancel a reservation and the dates are rented to someone else, a full refund will be given. If the cancellation period cannot be rented, the tenant is responsible for and required to pay the rental amount, less the cleaning fee ($130). Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Hang wet towels.

Leave spare key, garage door opener, and parking passes on the counter, if used.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Must park in the driveway, garage, or guest parking area.
Guests will not use or burn candles, fireworks, etc. on the premises. Battery operated candles are provided.
Noise will be kept to a minimum after 9:30pm and before 8:00am. Be extra wary about slamming car doors and outside talking during this timeblock.

What a spot

We were participants in the pianoSonoma program at Sonoma State. The property was a perfect 20 minute walk from the Green Center where classes took place….across the street essentially to Starbucks and an assortment of restaurants……don't miss Shangra La. This was as ideal a spot I have stayed anywhere. Our hostess made communications easy.

Sonoma County Home Base

Perfect place for a family for a few days. Everyone had their own room with space to eat our takeout & enjoy some streaming movies. Friendly cat & bird visitors in the backyard were a plus. Really enjoyed our stay!

Everything you need in Rohnert Park

Beautifully handled back patio, inside everything was clean and well designed. Great to have some space to make dinner and relax after a busy day roaming around town.

Not what I expected

I almost didn’t choose this property because the photos didn’t do it justice, but the great price and proximity to SSU made it too good to pass up. I’m so glad I decided to book it! The condo is much cuter in person than it looks in the pictures. It was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the location was perfect for us.

Rohnert park Getaway

We just loved this property. The pictures really don’t do this justice. The place is warm and inviting with a well stocked kitchen, I mean it had everything, and quality linens for the bed and bathrooms. My friends and I enjoyed wine and cheese out in the patio and felt we had privacy even though the condos are very close together. I would recommend this place to my friends and hope to stay there again.

Great home and location

This trip for the week of Thanksgiving was our second stay in this home. Brandi communicated well with us prior to our trip. The location was perfect for us being just a few minutes from our daughter's home, grocery shopping and Starbucks for the hubby across the street. The home has everything we needed to host a family dinner, cook breakfast each morning and make a couple of Thanksgiving side dishes to bring to dinner. The master bedroom's desk nook was perfect to a little work I had to complete in the beginning of the week. The bathrooms were well stocked with everything we would need. And the bonus was the neighborhood cat that came to visit and entertained our younger daughter and granddaughter.

Great Central Location

We had a wonderful stay and the condo was perfect for us! A great central location for going to the coast and to visit many wineries in the country side! What beautiful scenery! The condo was in a great neighborhood where we always felt safe! We would definitely stay again if we ever come back to the area!
