The place fit what we needed, but it wasn’t the best. The soap was the size of a quarter and only one small shampoo/conditioner in each bathroom. There was an iron but no ironing board. It sleeps a lot of people, but the beds were not very comfortable, except for the master. The ac is set to not go lower than 71 and with Galveston heat and humidity it really needs to allow visitors to go lower.

The beach house comfortably accommodated our large group for a family reunion. The location was convenient, with the beach about a 7-minute walk away. I would definitely recommend bringing a wagon to help transport beach gear and supplies.While the property is in a good location, it does show some signs of wear and tear. I agree with other reviewers' observations regarding the living room sofa lacking adequate support, the stained dining room chairs, and the metal bunk bed frames feeling somewhat unstable. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but a few updates and repairs would enhance the experience.

Home was super easy to get to. Clean home with plenty of space for everyone in our group. Walk to the beach was short and easy! Would definitely consider staying here again!

Felt there were areas that could have been cleaner, sealing fans full of dust, beds had items from previous guest made back into the bed, sheets appeared clean otherwise. Host was quick and helpful correcting a trash issue from previous renters. Overall we loved the property and the minor issues will not deter us from considering the property in the future.

Overall, great experience at the house. Did ran into some issue with AC but it's mechanical and mechanical will break from time to time. Communicate with host and we made things work and they will probably get that fixed.

House is huge and pretty awesome....we had a great stay...host was very responsive ...house wasn't the cleanest on arrival but it wasn't something that effected our stay.

Property in poor condition. One shower unusable even after repair men came and couldn't fix. Furniture in bedrooms broken and overused. Couch in main room old and sunken in. Broken cabinets throughout house. Yard so full of stickers it was unusable. Water pressure poor in upper levels. .

House was neat and clean. Beautiful location and beach was very nice this time of the year. Easy check in aswell.However, it was inconvenient for us to run to the store to bring shampoo and body wash considering we are at the beach with a big group of people. The shampoo and lotion plus soap provided were of sample sizes for each bathroom. There was no clothing detergent. Overall, place is nice.

This was a very nice property! The house was a very short walk to a semiprivate beach and the area was quiet and a very convenient location for the tourist sections in Galveston. The house was in decent condition with some normal wear and tear of a rental house. There were very few bugs inside the house except the few that came in from opening and closing the door. The format of the house was perfect for our group, as we had multiple families and each family was able to have their own space. The kitchen contained lots of various cooking items, however, could have benefited from some oven mitts, more cup towels, and some hangers for the used towels. The ac was noisy but the house stayed at a very nice temperature through our trip. When we arrived the trash bins were completely full. When we reached out to the contacts, they remedied the situation within the day. This was a great house for our stay and we will definitely look into other houses available under this owner for future stays.

Great place for a weekend family reunion!

Our family had a great time at this property and enjoyed the multiple rooms with different configurations of beds that allowed families to stay together! Would definitely recommend as a rental!
