Why not treat yourselves to a fabulous holiday in the world’s most romantic city? Our wonderful Venetian home is now ready for you to rent. The apartment consists of a dining room with a sitting area and kitchen with a lovely canal view. There is one double bedroom. The bathroom with shower is finished with marble tiles.

The apartment is part of an award-winning project called Judeca Nova, which comprises of 10 new apartment blocks built in an uncompromising modern style.
Situated in the heart of Venice, the world's most beautiful city, our apartment is just a short hop by boat from St Mark's Square. From our apartment you can wander around the historic city at your leisure, taking in all its most famous sights and discovering a few new ones of your own. You could also take a short boat ride to Venice Lido to enjoy its lovely beaches or head towards the mainland to discover the Veneto region and the Dolomites to the north.

Be amazed by the abundance of music, history, art and architecture in Venice and the mesmerising beauty of its canals. Venice is a delight to the senses and it is so full of life and unexpected events that it is always surprising, no matter how many times you visit. It is of course a city of romance and famous monuments, but it is also so much more, especially if you manage to escape the well-worn areas around San Marco and Rialto and head fo the lesser-known areas of the city such as San Polo or Cannaregio. Isola della Giudecca (where the apartment is situated) is just a few minutes away from San Marco and Dorsoduro, yet it is nonetheless a haven of peace and splendid isolation. Giudecca has Palladian churches and it is the home of top quality restaurants and hotels including the Cipriani hotel and Harry's Dolci. It also has a range of budget and medium level restaurants. The island of Giudecca enjoys panoramic views of the southern lagoon, which can also be seen from the apartment. To the north there is a spectacular view of the church of Santa Maria di Salute, which lies on the opposite bank of the Giudecca Canal. The Doge's Palace and the Campanile on St Mark's Square can be seen easily across the Bacino di San Marco.

The world famous Venice Carnival takes place in February. There are other festivals at various times of the year including the film festival, the Regatta Storico, the spectacular Redentore festival and the Biennale exhibition

Fantastic hosts gave great directions to apartment. Spacious apartment had everything that we needed. We look forward to morning coffee and unfortunately apartment only had single serve percolator pot that wasn’t great. View of canal was perfect. Felt safe at location, it was located across canal from Venice so needed quick water bus to apartment, location was quiet and quant enjoyed being more with locals at restaurants verses so many tourist. Grocery store very close.

CAME AS ADVERTISED. I love Venice but prefer to stay across the Grand Canal from San Marco. It's quiet the people are authentic and it's a quick water taxi to San Marco. Nice unit, clean, new spacious!

Well-located apartment in Venice

The apartment is well-located in Venice, right on the canal, and it is easy to access and visit all its beautiful sites with the vaporetto. It is clean, comfortable, and quiet, and provides all necessary amenities and nearby services (grocery, bakeries, restaurants) to guarantee a comfortable stay. The host and his representative were very helpful and available. Would recommend this apartment for Venice visitors!

Een zeer aangenaam verblijf op een rustige locatie en toch weer zo dicht bij de bezienswaardigheden. Met dank aan een uitstekend openbaar vaarbus systeem. Voor wie rust zoekt een uitstekende optie in een prettig appartement.

Zalige vakantiewoning mits grondige schoonmaak

Fantastisch gelegen, heerlijk rustig, mooi ingericht, geschikt voor max 2 personen, geen terras maar prachtig uitzicht met de ramen open. Enige groot minpunt: het was smerig en dit was duidelijk het resultaat van jarenlange verwaarlozing wat schoonmaak betreft, en niet van 1 slordige laatste huurder. De eigenaar vraagt geen cleaning fee en dat resulteert in opstapeling van vuil overal ( kasten, frigo, diuche, werkbladen, stopcontacten....) heeeeel jammer want appt op zich is een pareltje

Peaceful fantastic setting in Venice

Great location in Giudecca Venice.about 15 mins by cape retro from train station and about 5 mins from St Marks Square Grand canal. Apartment is quiet and well appointed with all you need for a break in Venice. Nicely decorated and equipped. Easy short walk from vaperetto and a small supermarket two minutes walk. Local contact Caterina very helpful and great communication with property owner. Definitely will go back when next in Venice.

Great location lovely apartment

The apartment was located in a quiet position with a sunny aspect adjacent to the canal and a short walk from Palanca vaporetto stop. We would reccomend a visit to the lovely restaurant 'Altanella' literally a five minute stroll away, and the gallery 'Tre Oci' where we saw the Helmut Newton exhibition easily walkable along the Fondamenta San Giacomo. Great location, lovely apartment.

The apartment is located in a secure gated complex in a quiet part of Venice, seemingly far away from the hurly-burly of the city but in fact it is only a short distance by boat from St Mark's Square and the other world famous attractions of Venice. The apartment block was completed in 2003 and has modern amenities
