I do want to sincerely apologize for the condition of the parking area while you were there. The lot was undergoing repairs at that time, which unfortunately impacted cleanliness and overall appearance. We completely understand how that would be frustrating and not the experience you expected. Regarding the $40 parking fee, I’m sorry for any confusion. This fee is set by the HOA and is noted on the VRBO listing under “About this Property,” as well as in the Guest Information that was emailed prior to arrival. That said, we understand it can sometimes be overlooked during booking, and we’ll continue looking for more ways to make that information even more clear. We truly appreciate your feedback, it helps us improve both communication and the overall guest experience.
