Beautiful large condo in a gated community located across from the new Babe’s Beach on the Seawall. Just minutes away from great restaurants, shopping, Schlitterbahn, Moody Gardens and other attractions. It has a full size washer and dryer, fully stocked kitchen, as well as brand new everything (furniture and electronics). Cable and high speed WiFi. High ceilings! King bed in bedroom with a large walk-in closet, Queen sleeper sofa in living room, and extra fold out twin bed available. Granite counter tops, large walk-in shower, patio and storage room. Two resort style lavish pools, 1 with heated jacuzzi, the other with a kid's pool, and 2 picnic & BBQ areas. State-of-the-art fitness center with 24-hr access. Our condo is facing the back of the complex - we view it as an advantage since it is very quiet and all front facing units have a lot of traffic noise from Seawall and sand blown in by the wind continously. Unit has wheelchair access ramp on 1st floor, no stairs. Walmart 5 min walk just across the street. Very peaceful and quiet - a perfect getaway spot!
"Winter" Texans and everyone else are welcome to book long-term stays (large discounts on 30+ days bookings). Month-to-month rental available currently for $1,750 plus utilities - inquire on availability.

The new HOA parking policy starting March 1, 2023: "1-3 days parking rate is a flat $40.00. 3 or more days parking rate is a flat $50.00". Please come to the front office for parking registration. If you arrive after office hours, you may come in to the office first thing in the morning. It is required for guests to provide a Driver’s License when they register and pay for parking. Please bring your DL when you go to register for parking in order to receive a parking pass. #galveston

Location, relaxation and all you want for your beach stay is here! Our beachfront condo located just across Seawall in a gated community, with 2 resort pools, 24/7 gym, and ideal location. The unit is on the 1st floor, completely updated, has a full kitchen, washer and dryer in unit, King bed in bedroom, queen sleeper sofa, and a folding twin bed. 5 min from Moody Gardens and Schlitterbahn, and right across a less populated beach with great sand to relax on. This is the place you want to stay at - luxury living on the beach!

King bed in master - not many if any other condos for rent have a full king (it does not fit in most!), washer and dryer in unit, large walk-in closet, high-speed internet and WiFi, pet-friendly complex and hosts (pets require extra deposit), flexible check-in and check-out time, best proximity to Moody Gardens and Schliterbahn, Walmart across the street for convenient shopping and more!
