The Gite du Parc 2 bedrooms, charm, fully equipped and renovated comfort awaits you for a relaxing stay. You will be located in the heart of La Rochelle 2 steps from the old port and the beach in the quiet and greenery.
What a pleasure to be in this tranquility while the excitement of the old port is nearby.
Fully equipped: washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, oven, microwave, induction plates to be at home.
Children can play quietly in the park entirely closed, you will also get rest hearing the birds and smelling the sea spray.
Access on foot from the station.
Once deposited the car park at the back, no need to use throughout your stay.
Possibility to rent bicycles and leave in the building during the whole stay.

The linen package that includes the rental of sheets, towels is optional at the rate of € 15 per person.

Très beau séjour à La Rochelle

Le gîte du Parc offre un emplacement idéal dans La Rochelle : dans le centre ville, proche du vieux port, des restaurants et de la plage. Le gîte est très agréable, aménagé avec goût, situé dans une bâtisse pleine de charme avec un parc au calme. Le parking est un vrai plus, très utile dans cette ville où il peut être difficile de se garer.Merci pour ce bel endroit où nous avons passé un excellent moment.

Un superbe séjour

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans cet appartement très agréable, ensoleillé, et idéalement situé, en plein centre, aux pieds des commerces et tout près de la plage. Nous avons été très bien accueillis. En + nous avons profité d'un temps superbe, surtout pour un mois d'avril ! Nous retenons l'adresse pour une prochaine fois à La Rochelle !

Super week-end à la Rochelle

Appartement dans un cadre idéal, calme, parc arboré, deco avec goût, très bien équipée. Très bon accueil, compréhensif et souple sur les horaires. Je recommande fortement cet appartement. Le seul point que je trouve dommage est 40€ de ménage obligatoire en plus de La location dans lesquelles les locations des draps n'est pas compris (15€/pers en plus).

Le forfait ménage est effectivement obligatoire car il vous évite de vous soucier du ménage lors du départ qui est toujours le moment le moins agréable des vacances et vous garantit une bonne propreté à l'arrivée. Les draps sont effectivement en option, ils vous permettent de choisir si c'est un besoin nécessaire pour vous et le tarif correspond à la prestation du professionnel qui en assure la fourniture et l'entretien. J'espère vous recevoir lors d'un prochain séjour. A bientôt et merci cécile

super séjour!

l'appartement est en tout point conforme à la description. Il est neuf, tout est en excellent état. Le bâtiment est calme avec beaucoup de cachet. Et surtout hyper bien placé!!! à 5 min du vieux port , de la plage et du parc. Idéal pour tout faire à pied et découvrir la ville. On l'a déjà recommandé à nos amis et notre famille et on n'hésitera à pas à y retourner.

Très bel appartement, spatieux et lumineux, idéalement situé, selon que l'on veut sortir côté ville historique ou côté parc... A deux pas de tout, restaurants, cinéma, port... Nous avons beaucoup apprécié ce séjour, qui nous a permis de nous ressourcer (quel calme dans l'immeuble !) et de nous promener dans la ville de La Rochelle que nous aimons tant. Rien ne manque dans cet appartement, tout est de bon goût, et le charme opère dès qu'on y entre. Nous reviendrons, c'est certain ! Merci à la propriétaire qui a été charmante.
