The Tramontana apartment in Calpe, has 3 bedrooms and capacity for 6 people. Located on the beachfront, in a quiet area and close to restaurants, bars, shops and supermarkets and 100 m from La Fosa beach.



Distribution of the apartment:



The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, independent and with a bar open to the living room. A dining room with a table for 6 people, sofa, TV and air conditioning. From the living room there is an exit to a large terrace with beautiful open views of the sea and the Peñón de Ifach. The beautiful terrace has a table with comfortable chairs to be able to have dinner, lunch or breakfast looking at the sea and enjoying the sea breeze. A room with a double bed, air conditioning, an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and a beautiful view of the sea and the promenade (the pool seen from that bedroom is that of the neighboring building). A room with two single beds and sea views, a second bathroom with a shower and a third bedroom with a bunk bed. The whole apartment is exterior and with a lot of natural light.

The pool and garden are communal, shared between the Horizonte buildings and the Entre Mares building behind it. To access the pool and garden area you have to walk 40 meters from the portal to the entrance door to that area. The pool seen from the lounge terrace is private from the restaurant and both remain closed.



It is located 280 meters from La Calalga cove, 100 meters from the promenade, 450 meters from the supermarket, 2.2 km from Peñón de Ifach Natural Park, 3 km from Calpe city center, 2.6 km from Les Basetes Nautical Club , 12 km from Moraira and 80 km from the Alicante airport.

Apartamento muy cómodo pero le falta mantenimiento.

La ubicación es perfecta, el apartamento muy espacioso y con el mar justo en frente. La piscina muy grande y agradable. El mantenimiento: Los aires acondicionado pierden agua, que hay que estar continuamente recogiendo, al lavavajillas le pasaba lo mismo, la nevera no enfriaba bien y tenía la manilla rota, la mampara de la ducha estaba rota... Una pena porque la ubicación y el apartamento en sí son muy buenos pero al final la estancia queda empañada por esos detalles. No dispone de aparcamiento y es muy difícil encontrar en la zona.

Loved it!

We had an AWESOME time in the apartment. We fell in love with the views. It is hard to beat! The wooden chairs in the terrace should be adjusted. They feel like they could break at any moment. The blinds (the rolling grey cloth ones) should be checked. Because they are coming undone at the edges, sometimes they get tangled.

Mooie locatie direct aan boulevard en uitzicht op Ifac

Wij vonden het terras perfect. Het appartement vinden wij voor 6 personen te klein. Wij waren met 2 personen en dat gaat dan prima. Laatste week hadden we veel geluidsoverlast van renovatie van het zwembad. Als we dat hadden geweten hadden we een andere periode gehuurd. De terrasstoelen zijn wel aan vervanging toe.

Nice Place By The Sea

The location, balcony and views were great. The apartment is updated and clean with AC/heat in every room. Overall, a pleasant place to stay. There's no information communicated about basic things one needs to know like where to park your car, where to take the garbage, how to use the shutters, the fact that there is no extra toilet paper or anything in the kitchen (e.g. salt/pepper, oil, etc.). Also, pets are clearly allowed so if you are allergic expect there will be some hair/dander on the furniture.
