A beautiful 4 bedroom private, beach front villa with amazing views, cool sea breeze and the relaxing sound of the waves touching the sand.

Mai Tai is one of the handful of villas in Silver Sands that provides full-time, first class service with a trained butler, cook and housekeeper available to cater to you for your entire stay.

Mai Tai amenities include:
• Four beautiful bedrooms each with an AC, ceiling fan, TV with cable and En Suite bathroom complete with hair dryer.
o One King Size Bedroom, Two Queen and one with two Full sized beds.
• Living and dining that open out onto a beautiful patio and pool deck overlooking the sea.
• Sonas Stereo in the living areas so that you can enjoy playing all your favourite music while enjoying drinks in the pool or evening cocktails on the patio.
• Private Swimming pool
• Complimentary Wifi throughout the villa

We offer menu planning and will have the villa fully stocked for your arrival, at cost (no service fee). Our suppliers include the Premier Wines & Spirits Company in Jamaica and a Gourmet butcher and cheese purveyor so you that you can enjoy the luxury of having the finest of food and beverages delivered right to your villa.

The villa is right on the beach front and the main Silver Sands beach is a 2 minute stroll down the beach within our gated community. Enjoy relaxing on the beautiful white sand beach, swimming in the crystal blue sea or hanging out at the beach bar… maybe you will even be lucky enough to see a turtle hatching as Silver Sands boasts a large number of active Turtle nests.

Silver Sands also has a great jogging trail and beach gym for our fitness enthusiasts and a tennis court available to you.

The uniqueness of the Silver Sands Estate Community makes it great for groups. If Mai Tai is rented in tandem with any of our sister villas… Honeycomb Villa or Moonshine Villa (which sit side by side) we can offer special concessions for group bookings.

Central to some of Jamaica’s most famous attractions and golf courses we will be happy to advise you and arrange your excursions for you.

Mai Tai - a fabulous Villa in Silver Sands with wonderful staff!

We have been to Silver Sands many times and stayed at over 10 Villas. Mai Tai is our favorite! The Villa’s location is directly on the sea- in fact has its own beach with no view obstruction. The rooms were also each beautiful, en suite. The best however was the staff- excellent cooking, and very friendly and attentive! We will return!
