Firstly what an immaculately clean apartment!! Everything smelt fresh & well cared for in terms of all blankets, cushions, bed linen smelling clean & recently washed. The apartment was cosy, homely, spacious, with fantastic seating on the enormous balcony with superb expanse of sea views!! There is nothing negative to say about this property, we loved it & are already planning our next visit.

Loved the Property

The host Irma was very helpful in ensuring we had access. The apartment was comfortable and the amenities were great. It was short walk to the beach, and a short drive to a grocery store, a department store, and a pharmacy all on one street. Also important coming back after a day of touring, plenty of parking! There were renovations going on while we were there, but the workers were never an impediment to us visiting the pool.

we were coming to this aparment for years and we always have a great time. Location is priceless and apartment itself is spacious modern and up to date. we just can't wait to come back next year.

Beautiful setting

Amazing views right on the sea. Everything you need is there. We enjoyed 11 wonderful days using this as our base to sightsee in the area. What a pleasure to return and relax on the huge patio. Irma our host was super responsive to our requests. Our only disappointment was that the pool was not open.

Perfect short break

Have just spent the most relaxing 5 nights at the apartment. Great communication and flexibility from the property manager. Spotlessly clean, very comfortable beds and really well equipped. Quiet location right on the beach front and amazing views from the large terrace, that you could never tire of waking up to. Swam daily in the sea which was clean and clear. Hope to return and would not hesitate to recommend.

Well presented apartment: clean,spacious,comfortable furniture inside and out,well equipped kitchen,good hot water supply,well cared for unit with excellent views right on the sea.Pool large and pristine with ample loungers. Only a few niggles: no undercover parking,only one pool card instead of two,and 4 flights of steep steps to access pool( not good for septuagenarians).

There is a way to access the pool without steps: If you walk to the end of the urbanization and turn right, you can access to the garden with the gate's key and then to the pool with the card. Sorry because maybe you didn't read it in the welcome book or I didn't inform you about that properly. For your next visit, you can take that way to go to the pool ;-) All the best!

Big with great views but car needed

Stunning views from the large terrace and generous sized rooms but you will need a car as there isn’t much in the immediate area. We found the beds a bit hard but obviously this is a matter of personal preference. Showers were good. Well equipped kitchen. Nice pool on site. Irma was a joy to deal with, allowed us to check in late after my wife was taken ill at the airport and extended checkout too as there was no tenant the following week.

Excellent Choice

The property was overlooking the beach, with glimpses of Africa on a clear day. Great deck. Comfortable. Well equipped with everything you would need for a lengthy stay. Many “essentials” provided free, which was much appreciated. Irma was very communicative and easy to get hold off. Really enjoyable stay. If dining out, a car would be best, really no restaurants within walking distance. Good value. Well maintained.

View of the Mediterranean

It is such a wonderful view, too bad that the owners have not kept the exterior painted. The BBQ is also old and weathered badly. We wouldn’t cook on it. Inside is clean, however the towels are very old, and you can tell that the furniture is dated. The unit just needs a little tender loving care. With a car the location is very good.

Estimado Bruce, Nos alegra que haya disfrutado de las vistas del apartamento, que en efecto son extraordinarias. En cuanto a su opinión sobre la pintura del exterior, depende de la comunidad de vecinos y para garantizar la uniformidad de la fachada, terrazas, etc. se va a pintar toda la urbanización una vez aprobado uno de los presupuestos. En cuanto a la barbacoa, es cierto que por fuera, el efecto del mar hace que el metal se vea afectado pero por dentro está limpia y en perfecto estado. Las toallas son nuevas la mayoría, y se limpian por protocolo a más de 60 grados. No obstante, tendremos en cuenta sus comentarios y seguiremos trabajando para ofrecer la mejor experiencia posible a nuestros huéspedes.

October chill out (actually very warm!)

What a fantastic vista you get from the terrace and that was our reason for selecting this apartment - expansive area with seating and sun beds. The rest of the apartment lived up to the same high standard. Light, spacious and well equipped we had a great week. Easy access to the coastal walk to Manilva but also close to amenities helped. A car was useful and probably essential if you want to eat out. For us hours on the terrace and some home cooking was enough. TV with Netflix helped - Wi-fi was a little temperamental but no real issue. Irma was very helpful and we would happily come back.

Perfect location to explore the Costa del Sol

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely property. Irma was delightful to deal with and was very helpful. The photos are accurate - the huge terrace is perfect for enjoying the amazing views. There is comfortable furniture and a BBQ. Inside, the apartment is spotless. Very well equipped kitchen - even a washing machine and dryer which we appreciated since we stayed 12 nights. We used the master bedroom and found it to be very comfortable and quiet. Great bathroom, complete with a bathtub. You'll need a car because the property isn't really walking distance to shops and restaurants but there are supermercados a few minutes away by car. There is a wonderful LONG boardwalk which I walked regularly - and along the way are restos and coffee shops but you have to walk a while to reach them. Irma even left a lovely bottle of rioja for our enjoyment. Very thoughtful and much appreciated. We'll be back!!

Excelente decisión para ir de vacaciones.

Alojamiento amplio, bien equipado y con una terraza excepcional. El apartamento tiene un acceso inmejorable a la playa y tiene supermercados, restaurantes, etc a menos de 10 minutos. La atención de Irma fenomenal. Repetiríamos sin problema.

Belle propriété avec splendide vue

Le condo était très propre et assez bien décoré. Très bien équipé autant dans la cuisine que pour les serviettes de bain( en abondance). Petit bémol…le bruit. Le bruit est très écho dans la bâtisse. On peut entendre les voisins d’en haut et d’à côté. Étant situé tout à côté de la A-7, il y a beaucoup de bruit de voitures et la porte de garage est également très bruyante. Dommage, car le condo est très beau et la mer splendide. Une voiture est nécessaire car on ne peut se rendre à pied aux différents commerces à proximité….à cause de la A-7.
